Did we know this? John Sykes auditioned for GNR in 2009? He’s an incredible player, has his own unique tone like Slash, and is a helluva singer too. He’s one of my favorites.
"I remember Tommy Stinson [then-GUNS N' ROSES bassist] came in, and we walked into rehearsals, and we see John there," Richard recalled. "Tommy turns around to the tour manager, and he goes, 'Man, send him home. Why are we doing this? Axl's [Rose, GN'R singer] not gonna go for this.' And [the tour manager] is, like, 'It's John Sykes, man. He learned the songs. The least you can do is listen to him.' So Tommy was, like, 'All right. Fine.' So we go in the room, and within two minutes, Tommy is looking over at me, like, 'Oh my God!' I mean, it was incredible — incredible. And he just plugged straight into the amp, and just killed it. His tone was incredible. Our jaws were on the ground, for sure."

Leave it to Axl ...
Yeah, Bucket even has a piano track on here unless it’s mislabeled. He does play piano, I know that much. Not often appears on a recording though.

For a new movie, so it’s more film-scorish. If you like their previous stuff, you’ll dig it.

I’ll stick to you and your country mind your business and we will mind ours. Sorry for your loss Irish, with your mom. It s rough and I have been there.
Nobody is right or wrong in this shit America is in. Best left to stay out of it as there is no good party.
The unbelievably large amount of executive orders is unprecedented! I am scared as our radical rights are way more ready for war than the radical left. Yes, people should be scared as Our President seems to be way more headed to a Civil War than the right. Every executive order is just a way to push us further apart . Shocking
What is this shit? My god every one of you fuckers has lost your god damn mind.

Oh, man, sorry for you and your family. You have your memories to hold onto, and your last one sounds like a good one.

I'm kind of bummed the Packers didn't make it. Rodgers has been unbelievable this year and it would have been fun to see him vs. Mahomes. Of course, Brady vs. Mahomes is the dream story line for the NFL.
I don't see the Bucs beating the Chiefs. As always, with no rooting interest as a Bears fan, I'm hoping for a good game.

It's weird seeing him that old. Yikes.
Yeah it's a serviceable performance. He could take it on the road if he wanted to.
It's too bad they only did the one song. A 2-3 song set would've been nice.
At least it happened.
LOL! Time comes for us all James. Time is undefeated.

The band might have been one-hit wonders but the album is pure pop perfection. The singer went on to write and produce for tons of artists and won a Grammy.
Here’s their performance, minus the last verse where he called out other singers. He still sounds good. Better than Axl.

Scheduled to get my first vaccine Friday. Anyone else get one or schedule theirs?
Not me, but my wife scheduled for Thursday by virtue of her work with the homeless population.
My parents both over 70 in Indiana also getting it next week.
I don’t expect to get until sometime mid-summer ....
