The horror section was pretty polarised. I dont watch horror so never went in there.
I'm not bothered really, there used to be some good topics in the news section but I guess it is too quiet nowadays to bother.

I always thought the super duper fanclub would have got this copy. It wasnt just any loyal posters at htgth who got the Dr. Pepper, it was a certain type of loyal poster. Lets just say the anti-Slash brigade didnt go thirsty

He was drummer in a glam rock band called Merlin, Jamie Moses was the guitarist. They started out the same time as Queen and for a while had similar fortunes, and as he put it "They had Freddie Mercury and we didnt, so they took off and we fell away".
He's 60 now and does environmental work, I'm redeveloping his garden and some land he owns.
We were talking about a lot of plans and things for his garden so I cant remember everything he said about rock n roll, he told me his life story more or less lol, he played with quite a few known names before and after Merlin but gave it up because he hated coming home from tour and his kids wouldnt know him.
Now I could be getting mixed up, but I think this charity concert is being planned by Queen and The Who, possibly to do with improving hospital facilities in africa.

Its been out since the album was released, people own it. Just seems a bit much to be treating it as illegal upload.

Why all the secrecy with these new pictures? I see the topic has been deleted at htgth, whats the big deal? Its not a leak or anything.

I was working for a guy yesterday, a retired musician, and he knows Brian and Roger.
Jamie Moses is his good friend and old guitarist, he's still playing with Brian May I think... Pretty cool, he was telling me stories from back in the day about hanging with folk like Hendrix and Clapton
I cant remember exactly what it was he said, it was a busy day, but I think he mentioned Brian and Roger are in the planning stages of putting on a big charity concert.

^^ Of course, its faux outrage and typical.
The notion that people cant dislike Ron or what he did because Ron is held in sacred regard is bollocks as well.
KillingVector has been very vocal about his distaste for Rons actions at mygnr and noone has had a problem with his point of view. But then, KV is capable of communicating at an adult level...
