Sounds like the "getting in the right frame of mind" story is still the excuse... cant he get there a bit earlier, then pump himself up?

I'd be fine with it, as long as they didn't actually do it.
They're WORDS. It really doesn't effect me, nor should it effect you or the people Ron told off. He was just defending himself. They threw the first stones, so they deserved all the verbal jabs they received and more. Stop crying about it. Seriously, it's unbecoming of you.
i hope your mom gets aids and dies
Jesus Christ... Can we get rid of this guy now?

Ha haa... I'm a member of a fitness/body building forum and they are discussing this, laughing at the folk who think he's on roids.
He's in great shape, but easily attainable naturally. Dre always lifted weights and was a big guy, his chest and shoulders were always huge, he just wasnt in proportion and with carried a bit of fat.
The guy has been working out for sure, he's obviously taking his training much more seriously and got his diet sorted out, his bodyfat is well down and put on a bit of mass.

I hadnt actually seen it until a few months ago, dont think its been on youtube that long, its always been out there though.
Now I remember in the 80's, Nightrain was my favourite song. My brother came home from his mates house who had MTV and he said he had watched the Nightrain video! All I remember him telling me was some of it was in black and white. I think there was something getting played by MTV, some said it was The Ritz version... I dunno.
James might?
