The band was tight as hell, Myles is probably the most professional and best live singer Slash has ever had, and the man himself was spot on with every note. What a killer performance!
(Hoping for a full Back from Cali to surface... did they play even more songs?)

For the record I'm not trying to accuse Axl or anything, I'm just trying to sort out what my own thoughts on the subject are - even in topics outside of GNR - like my own band or people that write novels and so on.
For example, ever since DJ told that story about Axl sitting down and playing an awesome song at a piano one night that he'd never heard and Axl saying "it's just something I'm tinkering with".
It just makes me wonder. In some ways I agree he doesn't owe us anything at all, and should have the right to do what he pleases with his life. On the other hand, I can't get past the idea that if he dies (I hope not!) before doing those recordings then songs like that will be lost forever...which seems so wasteful!
Yeah so if he died in say 20 years hopefly not could the record company release any of his songs had recorded

I'll ask it just once:
Why do EVERY track Steven records NEED to have fuckin' cowbell? To me, it's like, Ok, dude, some of your beats on AFD had it, now let it go.
I just listen to adler appettie and your right he gives that cowbell a flogging ever song

My fandom of Axl is even creeping ME out at this stage.
The man looks in shape and is think but I'm thinking.."what the fuck happened your face?". He was one good looking mother in his day and its just gone..His face is bloated.
Slash, Duff, Matt and Izzy all look like older but reasonably intact versions of themselves. (My wife thinks Matt & Duff are still very hot).
Axl looks like you'd imagine his brother might look; a poorer, less pampered, less personal-trainered version of his famous sibling.
I sound like one of the bitches on Fashion Police but seriously, if I had his kind of cabbage to spend I'd be a third dan killing machine trained one on one by some ex-Navy Seal and I'd have a chin you could cut wood with...
Yeah hes gone down hill since 2006 thats for sure i thought he was looking good for his age back then
