Anyone else watch this yet? It just got released. I saw commercials for it during football.
I'm going to Walmart later today. If it's there I'm gonna go ahead and get it.
I seen it when it came out. Not a perfect film, but great for seeing in the cinema. Unfortunately most won't see it on the big screen.

Eternal Sunshine definitely crossed my mind, but it's been years since I've seen it., same with Lost in Translation. 3 Billboards was certainly very good, but it didn't really stand out to me.
Fences is the only one I never heard off, might add it to a very long to watch list.

Just for fun, what's everyone's favourite 10 films since 2000?
If and only if there's at least 10 lists from different people, we'll do an elimination series around it. This is not expected though, so don't think of that way.
This is mine off the top of my head (in an order tbd):
Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (2003)
The Dark Knight (2008)
The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)
Blade Runner 2049 (2017)
Spirited Away (2001)
There Will Be Blood (2007)
Pan's Labyrinth (2006)
Children of Men (2006)
The Departed (2006)
The Shape of Water (2017)

The Dark Knight is the only thing based on a comic I'd nominate personally.

How about Best Movie of the 20th Century?
Bad idea, It'd result in my starting a petition to get James to resign then banned from Evo for not likening The Dark Knight.

Because you have me listening to leaks, Quick Song was meant to be an opener...I don’t think Axl could find suitable lyrics.
Maybe, the flip side is we know Better, Sorry, Shackler's Revenge, Elvis and Oklahoma all got vocals not long after.
Also This I Love and The General isn't included for example.
All we know about Quicksong is it wasn't finished in September 2001.

Alot of questions being asked about the Oxford vaccine.
Seems like they need to restart the trials. Questions around doses and how people over 55/in risk groups were actually tested.
Questions around the other major 2 vaccines too in regards to whether they took into account social distancing/mask use during the trial. Supposedly not.
Very confusing.
Also the UK national debt is going to be unreal from this with brexit just over a month away.

So there wasn't a thread dedicated solely to this one or as much talk, unlike Elvis/Zodiac/Quicksong/or even Circus.
I decided to give disk 4 another spin and this stands out as being very, very mid 90s. It's not grunge, but it does sound like a track from the later years of grunge in let's say 95 by a band from that era. Soundgarden definitely come to mind, kind of.
So does anything think this one was finished? Would it have stood out to Axl?
