Thinking about finally pulling the trigger and getting a Floyd tat like I've always wanted. This tour has re-lit a "The Wall" fire that used to burn hot as hell every day for me. Having said that, I'm thinking about doing this:

Russ I'm so fucking jealous, I'm avoiding this thread cause I'm pissed that he's starting off in the US instead of the UK 14

This guy stalks the internet looking for Bumblefoot mentions cause he gets off on trolling him.
Get a life.

I listened to that Beatles track on youtube the other day, it does have a Riad type thing going on at the beginning. Wonder what happened with the Ulrich Schnauss thing...

One of my favourite Discworld Tales smile

I seen in my local paper today a baby was christened "Caleb" - a very unusual name and the only time I've ever read or heard of it prior to this was "Caleb The Ripper."

He once bought an apple....

Count me in the TIL solo fan club. I get it now, its not supposed to be a thing of beauty, its an artistic representation of that gut churning, sickening, crippling, desperate feeling you get when you lose someone who means the world to you.
I think the song is a work of art, its grown on me more than anything on the album. Theres a much deeper emotional expression that the music and the structure has captured that is easily missed when you are just casually listening to it.
I understand why Axl considers this the heaviest thing he has ever written, he has really tried to replictate the quagmire of a broken heart in more than just words.
