Hey! Nice work, as always!

Since the volume of information is increasing - and probably going to increase even more in the future - I'd recommend to split the file into tabs, one for each 3 to 5 years period, to help speed up browsing and discovery.

Something like 85 - 88 | 89 - 92 | 93 - 96 | 97 - 00 | 01 - 04 | 05 - 08 | 09 - 12 | 13 - 16 etc

thanks, I'll think about it! the problem is, this might fragment the sheet a bit too much and it might become a bit confused. MAYBE I might just split it into pre-AFD, AFD, UYI, and ChiDem parts.
(the sheet was primarily made for my own use and I never intended to share it publicly, it was only used as my source which I'd then copy&paste into forums - but later I decided it would be no harm to share the sheet itself too smile )

yeah! but it's a great source!!
pre-AFD, AFD, UYI, and ChiDem sounds great!

sheet updated as much as possible. I couldn't be bothered to include the latest SoG clip, but the rest should be quite accurate.
as always - ANY ideas are welcome! in the future I'll probably add some more info into recording sessions for better context (band members, producers, etc).

care to elaborate a bit more on that? I can't do the research on my own at the moment.
it would help me improve the sheet of sessions
thanks! smile

Sure.
It was posted on Beltrami's official site by October 2002 that he had worked on "several GNR songs" and then some titles. That was only the post date but not when it actually occurred.
Also, both Beltrami and Paul Buckmaster composed several parts (not just orchestration) for GNR and some are guitar parts, intros, musical pieces and so on. Their involvement started in or around 2000 (I'd believe Buckmaster's was earlier than that, as The Blues, TWAT and so on already contain his parts on '99 versions).
Thyme is/was not a song and just a piece written by Beltrami. Think of it like "The General" intro - playback was presented several times on tour -  as it was an instrumental piece that got used in a song. Thyme was the name of a piece.

"Same period" is an interesting concept, tho.

I'm not sure you're correct on this. Beltrami only made the instrumentals for a few songs (including Thyme) in October 2002. these tracks are clearly much older than that.

There is Beltrami and other instrumentations prior to October 2002. His tenure with GNR ended by October 2002.

Where can one find The General?

On Axl's vault.
There is no leak, just people circulating Evader's mix as being legit.

It seems a long break is coming after the Hawaii shows.
A Brazilian tour, with a show in my city, has just been announced by Slash feat. Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators for May 2019.
