Whatever happened, it was lame to boast about it on twitter.

Its intially a lonely road your on, the key is to stay active, not mope and find some more worthwhile ways to spend your time. What about joining a gym, aiming to get fit and run a marathon or local event? Once you start getting those endorphine rushes from exercise, and achieving small targets and milestones you set yourself on the road to fitness, its quite a buzz, very addictive and stimulating.

Its inconvenient and expensive to make the shift, so they will just keep using it until the last barrel rolls off the boat.
Rapeseed oil and other plant oil is apparently just as effective, mabye they plan to sook the arab countries dry of fossil oil, knowing that when it eventually does run out, the middle east doesnt have the climate for mass agricultural development of these "green" alternatives, so in the long term it will keep the arabs down and kinda hold the region back and keep the majority in the dark ages. I'm drunk and thats just a fleeting pondering. Usually a 3AM walking home from the pub kind of illumination.

Cant find if it has its own thread but Baby Cant Drive is utter shite, the lyrics are appalling and cringeworthy.
Dr Alibi is ok, Lemmy's mere presence can always give a song merit though. Shame about Alice all the same, I like that guy.

I would defo travel for an Irish gig. My plans for this year previously was to attend the Glasgow, Ireland and London shows if they happen. I'm really hoping to hit Reading now, even if it will be full of southern student softies

Yeah Casino is damn good, but Pulp Fiction is legendary and a land mark in cinema. Gotta be a finalist.

The 89 Batman is one of the most boring, uninteresting movies I have ever seen. I guess you had to be there, because to me it's total crap.
Shining.
Mabye you did have do be there
I was still a kid when it came out and the only Batman I knew was that TV show, which wasnt as bad as you might think, it was the only live action version out and was watchable at least. But the 89 movie was huuuuge, I remember collecting the stickers for it and swapping my "doublers" in school
I think the film is still damn good, its actually the first ever dvd I bought. I still havnt really watched the new Batman films, I kinda want to, but that Bale guy is sucha dick lol!

LOL, never would've guessed it, but this is my favourite track on the album. This and By The Sword are the only songs that have stuck in my head and I've found myself singing in my head at work.
I havnt heard a bad song to be honest, they are all ok and I think its a good album, but most of them just dont grab me and while they are ok, I just dont get an urge to listen to them again.
I reckon Slash has a potentially massive crossover hit here, this song is daytime radio gold. It kinda reminds me of David Gray type mince, which was popular but I dont know why. This song is really not my usual taste at all, I'm suprised I like it so much, I think it just has really pleasant melodies and the singer does a really great job.
One of the things I really admire about this album is the singers havnt just "phoned it in", they have helped give the songs an organic, unrushed feel, that many of these types of albums sometimes suffer from.

I think this song sounds more "dated" than anything of CD, all I think of when listening to it is 90's Guano Apes. Its a bit meh really.
