You keep getting to the playoffs and at some point you are going to turn the corner...ask Peyton Manning. Ryan is still very young.

I just like that nobody is respecting the Falcons. D is an issue but offense will not be with Julio, Roddy, Matty Ice, Gonzalez, and Turner. That is a very solid core of offensive skill positions. Don't tell Bono, but it sort of reminds me of the 91-95 Cowboys.

Does any of that sound familiar to you guys? A lot of successful rock stars clash with the media...Zep and the media hated each other back in the day. Gnr has turned out the same way. Not media darlings during the time, but as time went on, the respect grew immensely. (of course just talkin original band).

Honestly, and I am sorry if I offend a few, I REALLY don't like Slashba, DJSixx at all. How in the fuck has this clown become a spokesman for the band?....essentially for "Gnr"...WTF? If you notice the trailer of the DVD has one of his cheesy guitars raised in the air at the end....fuck this.:flame:

Tommy has been in the band for 14 years. I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

That would certainly lead him out of GN'R. Paul has a bigger ego than Axl and wouldn't want to "share" his buddy.

Perhaps that's the opening sequence of Duff rejoining.

If Tommy has contractual obligation to GN'R, it really doesn't matter what Paul wants.  It's not like Paul has the power to void Tommy's obligations to GN'R.

What a band!  Only a top notch outfit would hold people to contractual obligations.

You act as though nobody ever quit before...there's a pretty long list that has.

business is contractual obligations....as I know you are fully aware....just sayin'. Gnr is a business that does pretty well. Tommy is a loyal employee. Again, it is what it is.:peace:

Tommy isn't going anywhere. He likes to tour, he likes to get paid(Westerberg made all of the Replacements money), and he likes to party. Pretty simple stuff.

#1769 Re: Guns N' Roses » The Tommy Stinson Thread » 710 weeks ago

He could EASILY do both....

Paul and Tommy working together some.......

Does this one-day reunion augur a new tour or album from the Replacements, one of the best American bands of the Eighties? "It's possible," Westerberg says. "After playing with Tommy last week, I was thinking, 'All right, let's crank it up and knock out a record like this.' I'm closer to it now than I was two years ago, let's say that."
