#1771 Re: Dust N' Bones & Cyborg Slunks » Slash: 'Rose Is Misunderstood' » 869 weeks ago
I'd like to know why he gave that interview saying Axl refused to go on stage unless they signed over the name, which became carved into the media and publics consciousness. Then shamelessly wrote a book with told a completely different story, apparantly unaware of his previous version!
I know why, cause he was high on smack and talking shit to play the fans making himself look like a hero. And he wonders why the guy is misunderstood

Awesome, Tommy has been pretty incognito off stage this tour, its really cool he has decided to do this. Bring on a Riad rehearsal

I like this. I saw an argument against it yesterday saying "Yeah, but what about the guy that just wants Comfortably Numb? He's just gonna illegally download it now"
Pink Floyd have sold that many albums, it wont make a difference

Spend over an hour and a half with Brain and Terry Bozzio, talking about Brains career and also doing a little jamming

Things are different now though, the albums out, they are touring properly, they have that lush new stage production, the band its self looks and sounds better than 2006, and Axl seems to be enjoying it all more than ever. This tour is visually a step up and would make a great dvd. I dont think its a coincidence they are taking this guy to South America to film, the fans there are really loud and enthusiastic - making for even better live footage.
Count me in for setting myself up for a disapointment
