Just my quick thoughts on the show iv watched over 20 times smashed and stone and straight over the last few days. The first thing i noticed was franks drummer in Mr Brownstone onward hes got a great groove my favour gnr drummer. My favours songs Shackler's Revenge i thought the whole band did a good job of this axl kicked arse and axl sound good on the first half of dont cry until the high part. I think axl has slowed down a lot since 2006 doesnt seem to move around as much but he is 50 ill be lucky to get of the lounge at that age. And they need to fuck of the piano in nightrain arent i big fan of tommys bass playing he fucks up a bit at this show anyway 19

Sorry to keep derailing, but if you watch the The Blues at the LA show right after "...was only memories" and you're a Frank fan, you're in for a treat.

I watched that show with a mate whos not a hard core but likes them alot the first thing hes said fuck the drummers good

Well admittedly I'm a slash fan boy, but it's become one of my favourite ever discs...great show...and it's shot pretty well too - not like some live rock videos that are annoying to watch.

Have you seen that VR dvd thats pretty bad
