Having said that, here's hoping I can put together at least ONE copy that sounds good between all these:

I just had a damn funny image of you with a razor blade trying to cut on the lines around the record to literally put one together.

Probably gonna have to try to pick up a vinyl this weekend, I don't have a functional record player at the moment, but for 2 bucks, what the hell.

Quite a few people I know seem to like Robot Hive/Exodus the best.  It was just re-issued with a bonus dvd.

From Beale Street To Oblivion was also recently re-issued with a bonus disc of live tracks.

You can get a bit more bang for your buck with one of those.  I have 7 of them and am of the mind that you can't really go wrong with any Clutch.  The problem with recommending them is that a lot of them are pretty different.

I need to break down and re-watch this.

I didn't really care for it back in the day, but I was kind of late to the party for it, and had been told that it was incredible by so many people before I saw it, it was almost impossible for it to live up to what they said.

I didn't hate it, but it didn't do it for me at the time.

It's not "flat out stupid". As I mentioned, my fb page with filled with people who are usually Slash fans laughing openly at that debacle.

I saw someone post "Axl Rose is rolling over in his grave after that performance"...  and they meant it.

Unfortunately though, the interest of a majority of fans on these forums is at an extremely high level because of all this soap opera drama.

And I'm ashamed to say, I fall into that group.  I just wish it didn't have to be this way.  I wish this band could function on a more normal level.  But with all this nonsense, it makes it nearly impossible.

Fact of the matter is, this it the first thread in the GNR section of the site I thought seemed interesting enough to click on in weeks, maybe more.

Is it silly soap opera bullshit like has already been said?  Sure it is...  Why are actual soap operas so popular?  Because they don't put anything good on tv during the day opposite them.

When Don't Wanna Miss A Thing came out, I was like "cool song", but at the same exact time, it's like it subconsciously caused me to not buy ANYTHING Aerosmith did after it.

It that's true, you should at least illegally download Honkin' On Bobo and check it out.  It ain't perfect, but I really dig it.

I just want to be the first one to say, even though I've never heard it, and it may not really exist:  "Tonto is the most epic song ever"

carry on.

This movie brought "nards" and "virgin" into my vocabulary as a young lad.

Nice memories.

It's essentially a dealer show.  The people that work at your local Guitar Center probably could have gotten there.  I know for sure a guy who worked at a local music store here went a few years ago.

Although it seems like itjust becomes music geeks walking around looking at famous musicians, not necessarily thier product.

#230 Re: Dust N' Bones & Cyborg Slunks » SLASH Says we should be making an announcement sometime in January » 756 weeks ago

I hate to say it, but the fact that in this TMZ culture there aren't people staking out the studio trying to get pictures of who this is, even when they've been dropping comments like this for a month, shows how much a lot of people just don't care.

Still, I'm excited to find out.
