M Axl probably has the biggest overall character issues and has probably always been the biggest dick (see Erin, Stephanie, Kurt Cobain, on and on for evidence).

Obviously something happened with Velvet Revolver that was not publicized. They were supposedly close to naming a singer, then it never happens, Duff is back to doing Loaded and Slash goes solo.
