yesterday i uploaded a Goin Down a bit slower didnt looked to the source that was 48KhZ and not 44.1Khz here is the proper speed.

Back then someone contact LordRazz about a song and want to leak... shared with Razz the clip but unfortunately Mr. Razz made to much publicity for his blog and someone from GN'R camp contacted them and it never leak after all.
According to RAzz he never had the whole song...

I've long time ago remastered the whole GN'R disco and its really good only used the best in iTB world if u guys wanna check here is its so easy http://www.sendspace.com/file/0e4sw9 .It's not ultra loud but its around -10.5 db loud enough .
