I went and saw Kiss who have the biggest production known to man and they hit stage within 30mins of Buckcherry finishing.
so i am thinking GNR have the shittiest crew known to man. Think about it, all theexperienced awesome crews are already on major tours..so Axl probably gets the scraps no one else wants.

Yeah people are acting like GNR got hijacked.

SHow up, do ur fucking job and STFU with the whoa is me bullshit.

Apparently the promoter has had a personal grudge with GN'R stemming from 8 years ago, if this was the case why book the band? He knows our show. Let me guess... To take our fans money and then not allow us to give them a show that they pay...ed for. This was clearly not a curfew thing because after cutting our power like a selfish money grubbing prick, he allowed music blasting through out the venue till the early morning. For us this was all about the fans, the show and the music. For the promoter it was all about the money and not about the fans or the music. The promoter was already being a cocky f$#k in the press before we arrived, so yes we went on a little late, and for this we apologies. However, our fans payed to see a show, and that's why we showed up, too give them just that. Sad that this promoter's music festival has little too do with the fans or the love for music. Last night was insane! They pulled the power, but failed to kill the connection as 90,000 people sang Paradise City. Much love to you all!!!

You know....
I wouldn't be surprised if they showed up.
I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't either.Like someone at HTGTH said, it's like cutting of your nose to spite your face.
Thousands of fans are now in limbo because Axl says one thing, and I'm sure to the managements worst nightmare coming true, while no one else really says anything else.
Again, Axl says states something, and management are dazed and confused, not knowing what to do. Another, ANOTHER example of horrible communication.
I'm more impressed with Jarmo though, he managed to find a way to defend even last nights spectacle.
That was me dude! LOL!
Yeah I can't wait to see how well that 2nd London O2 show sells now.

Thanks, and yes, I did study some.
Fuck jarmo, he's a revolting little creep. Spineless servants like him and the fucked up cultish blind propaganda he spouts so smugly turn me off this band as much as anything else. Utterly nauseating.
The delete button must have been glowing red-hot last night.
How can anyone say "this is GNR..coool" when it involves SO many fans buying tickets for a show they don't even know is taking place?? It is so disrespectful. In fact, it's verges on sick.
Shit, i got 21k posts there but if it wasn't for that delete button i'd easily have over 25k.
my shit got erased big time tonight. Even my "Was Axl's megaphone hacked?" LOL

Clusterfuck, but somehow it will be the topic of the festival. They show up one hour late, and then does a protest sit down? What the fuck? It's like starting world war three, and then run over to the pacificts side, wanting love and peace for all. So gay.
Nothing cool, nothing rebel like. Just fucking up by coming on an hour late.
Say all you want about the curfew, which is beyond retarded in any way, but if you wanna play and wanna do the right thing. Give the crowd their moneys worth. You show up on time, do your job and give them a good time. Afterwards, you may punch the responsible for the curfew in the face or even sue, but you seriously don't go around that way.
I kind of like it though. Someone had the guts to stand up to him and just pull the plug.
Well, in GNR's defense they did almost get 20 songs in. so it isn't like they played 5 or 6.
only thing crowd didn't get was Better and PC.
I think its BS to cancel Leeds though and deprive fans who spent a shitload of cash a show.

Leeds may not go ahead
#2530 Re: The Garden » Has anyone here been to a Bon Jovi concert this year? » 820 weeks ago
People make fun of my Bon Jovi Love but that 100,000,000 fanscant be wrong is better than most bands greatest hits and they are all B sides.
