The article was edited at the request of del, they took out the bit about Robert John being on crystal meth.
They should have removed that other allegation, you know, the one about del being a music jounalist.

Cool story, I wonder how it is they heard about this guy? I guess he must be known to all these rock stars somehow.
I still cant get over Axl saying that about Slash. I just dont think that cancer should be frivolously used in that way that by anyone, in any walk of life.

I dont know when I'll say enough is enough, I've considered it many times in the last couple of years. I feel it approaching again and my respect for this Guns N'Roses is draining away. Ironicly I have been playing the album all the time recently and loving it more than I have any time previously. But the negativity and bad vibes surrounding the whole project are never far away.
I'm older now, approaching 30, and veiw things clearer than years gone past. Looking objectively at the shambolic way GN'R has been run since Axl got full control, and the relentless complete and utter lack of respect shown towards the fans over the years, its a disgrace and a total farce.

This country has nuclear weapons and is always a heartbeat away from being overthrown by radical islamists. Who knows what kind people have infiltrated the offices of power and are just biding their time to seize control.
Dunno if its worth worrying about because if that was to happen India would nuke them straight away. But I think that would be the floodgates opened

Not interested in Slash and the past. Chinese Democracy has been an obsession of mine since 2000, I accepted and understood the old band had parted ways a long long time ago.
Axl speaking and the new band performing at Rock In Rio 3 was enough for me to understand things had changed and a new dawn had arisen. Madagascar, The Blues and Chinese Democracy sounded absolutely fantastic and from then on all I wanted to know from Axl was "when can I hear the new album?"
Next summer you'll be back with a whole bunch of new songs? Oaky doaky.

I thought it was old news and largely uninteresting to joe public even by the time Celebrity Death Match featured them.
The hostility shown by Axl, and the incessant demonising of Slash on the forums by his hangers on, paints a clear picture of where his heads been at over the years. Its such a waste of his talent.
If he has such a problem why has he not picked up the phone or went to his house and said straight "what the fuck is this shit you have said about me?!" I dont think any of the alumini stretched the truth too much when speaking in public about him or he would have called them out on it instantly and in private.

Fuck, I was expecting a bit more creativity with the song, not just rapping over the solo.
I was actually going to start a thread discussing If The World. I really think if they market this song right it could be a surprise hit single. Its unique in its sound, cant be accused of trying to be like GN'R of old, cant be accused of being self indulgent. Its just a short fun song thats quite catchy.
Look at the comments on that site and they dig the song, in fact they are telling this rapper he killed the song 
If The World could be a dark horse.
(how much does that original intro kick the new ones backside?!)
