I just did another test.
I ran these Soundgarden song titles through the system. They're the only song titles known so far that SG and Cornell's widow were fighting over for the final album.
Road Less Travelled
Orphans
At Ophians Door
Cancer
Stone Age Mind
Ahead of the Dog
MermasNada.
No one is virally searching these titles.

I think the most damning thing about these search results is the fact the song titles Absurd and Hard Skool were both altered from their working titles. There is no way they are keeping working titles from 2000. Search results do not mean the songs have been uploaded to some content distribution edge…it means people who search for “Soul Monster” also search for “Guns N Roses.” That’s it. And no, just because it’s only a hundred or so forum nuts searching doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be detected by machine learning.

They've always been lazy with official sites. Remember in the 2000s they went like 5 years without an update? When they finally updated it, they let MLB run it for awhile.
Not when they’re selling concert tickets, apparently. I wouldn’t be surprised if the payday for one show is equal or better than what they stand to make off the UYI box.
I remember the old sites and they certainly had tour dates at a minimum. Lol hell they didn’t even have the gunsnroses.com domain it was gnronline.

Would they be shrewd enough to release a single with NFL publicity behind it? Amazon has TNF could there be an opportunity for exposure on that programming? Amazon trying to bolster its product with things outside of football…I don’t know. I’ve seen things like this in the past…commentator says coming out of the break “new single by Guns N Roses you’re hearing it here first, check them on tour bla bla”
