You are assuming Axl is right in all of this... Lets let a judge decide?  lol I know, it was a crazy idea on a gnr forum.
I personally think he is playing that whole Bailey 'oh I`m so hurt' bullshit very strategically..  sorry dude, you are 50 nearly, get over it.  We all had shit happen.

i doubt, and hope, you didn't have the shit happen to you that happened to axl.
it's completely unfair to dismiss his psychological scars as playing upon it in court. it's quite apparent at this stage axl's problems are a lot more insurmountable than the typical fruedian/oedipus bullshit most normal people experience, and even most people never really come to terms with it. you factor in the insane media coverage than has been intruding into his life since 1988 & i think you've proper justification for the guy being a little more fucked up than the rest of us, no matter what age he is.

dunno why. this site has everything detailed explicitly, inspite of the board crashes. imo the mine of info on this place is remarkably underappreciated - speaking from experience, it wasn't til that classic rock suppliment came out i'd even heard of this place. but the wealth of info neemo & the guys have on here is wonderful & they keep on piling it up, like the bucket interview for example.

sounds like mick wall to me.. he's been peddling that bucket/chicken coop story around for best part of a decade now.

edit: after reading Gong's post i realise it's tom zutaut i meant, not mick wall. both fat has-beens, that's why i got 'em confused see? no i saw zutaut on some aussie comedy panel quiz show (that was broadcast in ireland 'cause it had that douchebag who used to be in westlife on it) & zutaut was peddling these bucket stories & all the bucket stories we've read about through the years..

#3627 Re: Guns N' Roses » Axl fires back at Irv with lawsuit » 799 weeks ago

but maybe axl's right & everyone else/these managers is/are wrong?!

"Or

None of this happened, and Axl just read my posts and went "hey that sounds like a real elaborate defense, i'll go with that""

tbh i would not be shocked if that was the truth.

so back to skwerl....is that a claim that the leaks are from Azoff?

in the affidivit(?) axl/gnr claim:
"Cross-defendants (Azoff/Front Line Management) along with the record company authorized the streamig of CD without Rose's consent & leaked its content on the internet. this damaged album sales."

maybe if it gets to court there'll be a more explicit accusation & maybe a name of who exactly leaked it but it certainly looks to have been a planned leaked by Front Line & the record label if you add skwerl's remarks & this allegation.

Interesting... if this truely fleshes out this could be huge.

Axl the artist vs. Azoff the business man

People thoughout the business could draw sides.

there won't be anyone on GnR or Axl's side of any value. you can see Azoff is already spinning it like it's the paranoid ravings of a madman & axl has had image problems for the past forever & it's simply easier for people to think he's wrong & a dick than to think through the possibility there's something more important at stake here, such as the powerplays of industry business..
