If Axl has signed the contract (VERY likely given that Best Buy is putting the album on their website), then there is no going back. If Axl tries to back out on them, he will be dealing with bankruptcy. They will sue his ass beyond belief. He won't have enough money to fight something like that, unless he's gotten lucky and made some really profitable investments over the years.

The blood curdling screem that opens the album is the first thing you hear from Axl- the opening scream to CD.
The quote says that it's how the album opens. That's not true. The album opens with a bunch of Chinese people talking and then a crunching guitar lick. THEN Axl's scream comes in. He ain't on there for a full minute and 25 seconds of the song.

Pa, I'm pretty sure the Best Buy date is incorrect. Best Buy's Canadian site has 11/23. Also, Best Buy initially posted an incorrect track listing. As I said, I'm pretty sure the 11/25 date is incorrect.
