Yes. For the LP, it works.
And as for my previous statement, I retract it. What else could they do? It isn't like Axl's going to change his opus, just because fans have heard it live.
This is where I think the idea of a double or triple album would've come in handy.
I agree on the 2 or 3 album idea. If you poop out enough songs, there's a lot less scrutiny than when it's one album. Those 3 unheard songs better be on the level of November Rain, Sweet Child, and WTTJ.

Axlin08, Rhiad is also a relatively "new" song to me at least. Still though, sinking into the bloodstream has very little to do with it. These songs are not earth-shattering. And don't get me wrong, I think the likes of Shackler's, If The World, and Rhiad are better songs than anything on Libertad for instance, but it's still not worth such a long wait.

Indeed. But one would think that song titles have been made out of book titles in the past. Granted, J.D. Salinger is known for being a recluse himself and the type that would NOT grant permission for using the name of his book.

im sure there are major improvements as to what we currently have. Im also looking forward to hearing the thing the way it was meant to be heard - as a whole
must say im surprised that TWAT isnt the last song, but Prostitute is still a logical choice as well
Assuming of course that Song 2 is Prostitute. TWAT and Song 2 both have great endings to them, both of which I feel are "album ender" type of endings. TWAT just has that incredible climax and sudden ending. But I can see why Song 2 (Prostitute) would be an even better album ender, with such an extended outro.

Bullshit. Axl was the one who delayed this thing for so long that most of us thought it would NEVER come out. Leaks seemed like the ONLY way to ever hear these songs. This is all on Axl.

Yep, just heard "street of dreams" in The Blues while listening to it. Dammit. Only 3 new songs. They better be fucking amazing.

Yeah. I was hoping they'd scrap pretty much all the leaks and release them later on another album.
