LOL. Well, yes it's the same thing Wal-Mart tries to do. I just don't think, after all this time, that GN'R is relevant enough for it to cause some huge mass of people wanting to go there. From GNR's standpoint, though, the release date is perfect. Right in time for Black Friday. Best Buy will have a shitload of people in their store during that time regardless.

The good news is, they paid me through next week. Plus I had not put 3 expense checks in the bank and a paycheck as well from a week ago. So I put around $4100 in the bank today. The really shitty thing is I just bought a car in September and signed a new lease with my apartment literally last week (my current lease ends in October). My parents are telling me I should try to get out of it if I can and move back to Houston. My aunt, who works in the medical field, mentioned that X-Ray technicians make pretty good money and the classes only last like a year to 18 months. I might look into that. At the moment I am applying at Best Buy although I am also applying at other oil and gas companies in the Midland area.

Best Buy has a thing asking, "How much do you expect to make per hour?" Well shit. I was making $20 per hour with my former company. What do you guys think I should put in there? I don't want to look like an arrogant prick by demanding something they clearly won't pay me, but I also don't want to lowball myself from whatever they usually pay their people.
