I dont expect anything, to be honest. In the past, he still had a point to make. Now it's all about the legacy. It's fine, he can still make music for a long time if he wants to. What still moves me is to find some gems like Vegas 2001.

The jam played in 2010 was just Madagascar notes. The guy heard Ron's tone and thought it sounded the same. Hard to buy this tho if he worked in a record label with a professional musicians.

At least back in 2000/2001 he still believed in building up something new. He trully thought it could be done and was willing to try it.
The sad thing is how the mindgames reflect Axl's hoard behavior. Why on earth would you sit on this HOB dvd for 17 years? I get the very nature of trading stuff, but this is fucked up.

God I love the 2001 The Blues. Has anyone managed to overlay the Rock Band multitracks to fix the piano intro/remaster the vocals and Finck's guitar solo? I had a crack at it, but couldn't line them up accurately enough so I ended up with echo effects...
Intersting, the tempo may be different - remember how the song was faster in 2000.
But what is wrong with Fincks solo? If anything, I would try to put the outro solo in the mix (I would even use this Fortus take in Pittsburgh 2002 which I still prefer over the album version):

But yeah, it was created during those late summer '96 jams in The Complex, with Paul Tobias.
Thanks for that, that quote is totally new to me. It does make sense now. I still don't think the title is Jackie Chan, but I can totally see why would they call it that way.

Fair enough. I listened to the Spotify in the highest quality possible (which is 320kbps Ogg Vorbis high-quality streaming), but I used a bluetooth headset (Sony MDR-XB950N1). I'll try the losless version with a wired in-ear headphone later.

It sounds less dynamic than the original digital/CD. Maybe less reverb in the bass drum and snare drum? Not sure, only gave it a lsiten on Spotify yesterday. It's okay, more suited to the regular crappy headphone gear that most of people use.

I still don't get how you can make anything out other than the Oooh Ooooh's, the drum beat,and the pulsing synth.
I dont know, maybe I have trained ears for shit like that lol. You dont even hear the guitar riff?
