Well, listened to it and, although it does sound more like a "band" compared to Apocalyptic Love, to me it sounds uninspired and "more of the same".
I really think Slash could push the boundaries a little more.. I mean, he's the guy who wrote Coma, Locomotive, the guitar melodies on Estranged, November Rain, the guitar outro on Breakdown...
World On Fire sounds like an average 80's hard rock band record making a comeback. Which is not bad, but is not good.

I have the album 
The recorded parts for the album in 94, the album was held by the record company for a while and only released in 95 in some territories, in 96 in the US.

The original renegotiation on the UIY era was to cover seven albums, correct?
So we got:
UYI 1 and 2 (may count as only one on the contract)
Spaghetti Incident
Live Era 87-93
Greatest Hits
Chinese Democracy
So we'd still have two albums left, if the renegotiations on the CD era didn't add more releases to it.
I know for a fact that home videos were on a different contract (UYI Live in Tokyo, Making Fn Videos, Welcome to the Videos and AFDem are covered by individual contracts)

...that Beta Lebeis was fired.
Not sure if from management or motherhood position.
Theoretically it is over the release of Appetite for Democracy (who seems to be selling well, now out of stock on amazon, with a restock estimate of 3 to 4 weeks).
What do you think, if true, this can bring to the table?

I dunno if Izzy would be up for the eletronic-multi-layered-orchestral rock songs Axl has been tinkering with...
But for a more sleazy rock album, akin more to Faces and Stones rather than revamping GN'R sound, I'd love to hear a version of the band with
