I am not for censoring anyone and I believe making those kind of words a no go area just makes the word more powerful in a bad way. He knows what he wrote and we do too. It is bad and he should feel bad. It would never even occur to me or anyone I know to put those words in sentences like he wrote, but that is not a bad reflection on you, me or this board. It is a bad reflection of him, which I think he regrets now.

Trump says he is willing to talk to Iran's leader without preconditions
Called off strikes when informed up to 150 may be killed. Said it would be disproportionate
I never thought I would be speaking up for Trump about anything, ever, but even I gained some respect for him on how he has handled the issue. Dialogue is nearly always the best choice and when discussion breaks down it's usually because one party wants too much and to give little. Also it is fantastic to see a President consider enemy losses in his decision, because ya know people outside the US are folk just like me and you, crazy right?
I would love to see diplomacy used more often and less sabre rattling. Very little cannot be sorted by sitting down and talking and though many on this forum will not admit it, his handling of the situation has earned the US some much needed cred globally imo.

Final word.
I meant nothing personal to any individual. I had a tooth pulled a few days ago and developed dry socket. I'm in agony and haven't slept in 42 hours. I had to vent.

What repsonse would have satisfied you?
In all honesty, something along the lines of "We are aware of the incident involving our US drone, and it is our belief that it was flying above international waters. While we are at this moment still verifying this info, via GPS and radar records, I have also been meeting with top WH and military actions are deemed necessary"
Not, "Iran made a big mistake baby! BOMBS AWAY!!! Wooo hoooooo"
In all honesty that is pretty much what he said except he claims proof of location (which I have doubts on until evidence is produced).
I guess y'all hear what ya wanna.

Wtf? How is that in anyway related to what happened yesterday?
I'm out. You can't even have a real unbiased conversation. Did you even read the comments on the video you posted? Truth is you guys are never satisfied and I mean both dems and repubs.
Asolutely deluded.

It doesnt happen often because Military's have safeguards against letting some ham & egger to shoot down a $200 million dollar aircraft.
I guess that's why there has never been military errors before.
The fact is we don't know fuck all yet.

I guess we’ve really lowered our standards then.
Trump didn’t act like a baby.
Tell me this. What repsonse would have satisfied you?

Irish isn't saying that's what he thinks, but Trump didn't go all Lindsay Graham and want to start dropping bombs. He was actually being coy and reserved, which is surprising. I was shocked he didn't start saber rattling. He actually said he didn't want to get bigger down in another war. His response is probably why the stock market didn't plummet.
He's a big dumb man baby, but we can't go all MSNBC here.
He gets it ^^

If you are confused or don't understand I guess some of you guys really are living in a bubble. You guys are flying along a hostile border in a foreign land that you sanction heavily. It only takes one disgruntled trigger happy general or whoever to land his country in this mess. Frankly I'm surprised it hasn't happened more often.
Also listen without bias to what he actually said. His response was appropriate and measured. Admittedly that may change in the coming days.
Regarding Trump not knowing the facts? Absolutely possible, but the reality is he is probably the most informed man on the planet right now.
