Reading between the lines I think the bridges between Brian and AC/DC have been burned. The Angus/Axl interviews were telling, you get the feeling Angus and Brian barely spoke. He also says Brians issue was 'mainly' his hearing, suggesting there was more to it than just that. Factor in Brians friend saying he'd got the boot (albeit later retracted) and the 'best of luck in your future endeaveours' statement from AC/DC. I don't think there's a hearing aid on the planet that's going to get Brian back on that stage with Angus.

Another good episode I thought, if next week is strong they've probably eclipsed season 5 already.

Kinda hoping for a more interesting demise to Olly and Ser Alliser but a generic hanging will do. Glad he didn't bottle it. Presumably this is leading to Jon marching on Winterfell with the Wildlings?

Good to see Brans storyline pick up some steam as well, it's only taken 5 seasons.

In fairness it appears Izzy was intended to be involved but was offered an insultingly low amount and so turned it down.

It's also been rumoured Adler was meant to show up until he injured his back.

All rumour of course with as much validity as the next, however it does suggest the AFD 5 was as much in play as the hybrid at one stage.
