#5331 Re: Guns N' Roses » What would the output of an Axl/Duff collaboration sound like? » 895 weeks ago

Don't get me wrong, I like Duff, and he certainly added to the chemistry and spirit of the old band. Of course, I like Slash too. But, that doesn't mean I necessarily like their post Gnr work. Although I am not really sure what direction Axl went in after Gnr, in the end, I enjoy the songs off of Chinese more than any other original bandmembers post Gnr work. The only album that comes close to me is Izzy's first Ju Ju Hounds record as I thought that was a great album. It doesn't mean I am right or wrong with my taste in music. Everybody has their own preferences.

Bono, it was a joke so you can roll your eyes all you want. You missed all the drama today because Neemo deleted most all of this assclown's posts.........J-O-K-E. But, in all honesty, I really don't like much of anything Duff has done since 1991...same goes for Slash. You have your opinion. I have mine.

He would let him play guitar. Then, he would mix him below the other 14 guitars on the track. Axl has dog ears I think.

He wanted an uncensored board so I thought I would play along.....

The last thing I would want to hear on this earth is an Axl/Duff collaboration. Loaded, Velvet Revolver, and Duff's solo albums are quite possibly the biggest piles of shit ever recorded in the history of rock and roll. Now, I guess if you had your lips velcroed to Duff's scrotum then maybe, just maybe, you would find it interesting. However, me personally, I would rather fuck a dead goat than be forced to listen to anything by Duff after 1991. 15

if Buckethead isn't on it and there is NO indication that he is, it will be terrible. Just my opinion.
