Okay, so I should be happy I was potentially lied to which resulted in me paying much higher prices (because I was able to scrape up enough money but really can't afford to go) because some people struggle to feed their family. How about putting some blame on the band instead of blaming the customer. Who did the potential misleading? The band or myself? Again, I will have a good time, but we sure do have a lot of experts that tell me how I should feel about money I spent etc. Oh well, no big deal.
Maybe the secret show rumors are complete bullshit and Vegas will be the first show. Then you ranted for no reason. Let's just see how it plays out.

I have noticed that the people that are really excited about secret shows are the same ones that didn't pay to go to Vegas. Interesting.
There isn't a single rock show in 2016 that is worth the kind of money GN'R is charging for their reunion shows. I'd pay $3,000 in a heartbeat for a time machine trip back to 1986 on the Sunset Strip, no doubt about it.

I AM HAPPY TO SEE GNR, but no, it is not ethical to play a show before the first show that you advertised as the first show. I am not asking for your bullshit pity, but for fuck sake, for once GNR should honor what they said and don't pull some stupid bullshit. This is kind of like your long time girlfriend saving her virginity for you to take on your wedding night and the week before she fucks some dude on her bachelorette party. Yes the sex may be better on your wedding night, but as Izzy said, "you ain't the first". And I would feel sorry for you if your girl did that to you. Because you had an agreement.
I love GN'R music, but I do trust them as human beings? Nope!

The celebrity list on this thing is probably off the charts. Axl better bring his fucking "A" game. That means 2010 rasp at least. Record this shit for Blu-ray and have crowd shots of all the celebrities. It could be a similar deal to Roy Orbison's Black and White Night. But the performance has to be great. If the helium Mickey Mouse voice shows up, it will ruin the whole thing.

You probably won't see Adler balk at a disrespectful salary if it means he gets to play on stage as part of Guns again. Funnily enough they might end up having an easier working relationship with Steven than Izzy. If he is indeed clean and manages to stay that way, who knows, he might end up in the band permanently.
If it ends up like that I'll have to say well played by Steven at a crucial time.
That would be funny. Adler has had a pretty good run of it with royalties from Appetite even though he didn't write the songs (but I believe his drumming is critical to the album's sound, no doubt about it). Steven doesn't need the money. None of them do, really. To Steven it's more of a pride thing. I don't blame Izzy for wanting a bigger cut given his role in songwriting. But I also don't blame the other 3 if they tell him to screw off. He did abandon them right when they needed him the most during the UYI chaos.

Chill the fuck out, SG. It's just rock and roll, buddy. No amount of money you pay will provide an experience as good as when people paid $5 to see them in 1986. I'll gladly pay $15-20 for a Blu-ray of a reunion show if there is plenty of evidence that Axl was in good form. No way in hell would I pay thousands of dollars to see them unless it was a time machine back to 1986-1988.

If this happens, I hope they are filming it for a Blu-ray. If Steven/Izzy are involved and Axl brings the 2010 rasp, this thing could be a legendary gig considering circumstances and location.

Since Axl never rehearses with Guns, maybe the AC/DC rehearsals are just a way for him to get warmed up for the GN'R shows. Get to sing with one of his heroes Angus and in a private setting. It's also a very good April Fool's joke for the rock world. Win-win all around.

Bon had more character in his voice than Brian. Lyrics were better too. Loved his sense of humor in songs like Dirty Deeds, Big Balls, or Whole Lotta Rosie for that matter. Brian was a great singer though, no doubt about it. He was as good of a replacement as they could hope for given the terrible situation. I think it sucks that they're kicking him to the curb. Probably should have just canceled the 10 gigs and retired the band name.
