It would seem its somehow both. At least its better than Hard stool, that song wasn't released it fucking escaped.

HAHA. That's a funny phrase. But it's also funny the diversity of opinion. I really liked Hard School, demo and as-released. It felt like a song fans would have loved in 2000 and it also had a vibe that could have fit into a 96 record. And I thought it still worked.

It makes it even worse for me because out of all the locker leaks stuff i probably liked Hardschool the most. But they neutered it completely, hacking the intro off, the mix is awful. It's a shame

I finally got around to giving the 7' a spin on my record player, The General is clippy as hell, but i have to say i thought Perhaps sounded great.

i love the song tbh but look how crap the artwork is on my copy. Is this just a UK thing or is it the same for anyone else here?

Separately, on another day maybe a month later, he was asked about his comments album releasing an album with the current songs, and that received no comment.

Regarding when he was asked about that, and gave no comment. Was that after the current lawsuits were known about publicly?

Exactly this.

If these are the final mixes i'm not very happy with them. Specialy with the bridge of The General. Also the last 30 seconds of It are chaotic.
I prefer Monsters. Anyway... I would like these not to be the final versions.

Monsters sounds great to me. The General needs work i think vocally with the mix. I get if the distortion is a choice on the vocals,it was for Hardskool too and worked even less than general. It's subjective & for me these last 3 songs destroy Absurd and Hard skool tbh.

that zip file is BS and just the leaks, fucked with and thrown in a zip file i think. I do think the actual versions will sound pretty much like the leaks though.
In probably 2 weeks we will all have FLACS for these songs and can then judge better.

"The General" will not be released in streaming this Friday but the following, December 8: it has just been postponed by a week. No confirmation at the moment on the release in this format, on the same day, of "Monsters". Over and out.

Interesting. Keep us updated please.
