#782 Re: Guns N' Roses » Stinson Vents at Del James During Dublin Concert » 839 weeks ago

After they walked off stage a lot of the seats on the upper levels started to empty (maybe a third of them) but the standing crowd seemed to hang in there. From my point of view after the band came back on the seats filled back up and it seemed to me there was more people in the arena than what was at the beginning.

My only reason for this is maybe alot of people came in late after been in pubs, but i def had a much harder time getting through the crowd after they came back on stage than i did before.

I dont think much penetrates that lads skull either way to be honest, bless his cotton socks.

I honestly don't think they could hear the boos as much as they were. I was practically within touching distance of the stage and could only hear a bit of it, it sounded mostly positive from where i was. I then looked at the WTTJ video posted earlier and was shocked, that did'nt sound like the gig I was at.

Either the crowd around my area blocked most of that out or i was really fucked up...........................come to think of it i was really fucked up  5

Sorry for you guys who had a shit night, I feel it all could have been avoided so easily.

Home from Dublin.

The band was late on stage about 10.30 i reckon, the crowd was'nt happy but settled in after the first couple of songs. A few and I mean very few fans threw bottles because of the delay starting, I personally did'nt think it was that bad but i was fairly drunk. The band left the stage for about half an hour. I noticed alot of the seats were empty at the top seating area but then they came back on stage and the seats filled back up pretty quickly.
Axl sounded low in the mix he was hard to hear over the music but even so it was an awesome show.

Anyone who left fucked up they missed one hell of a show..........IMO  smile

Makes me appreciate guns more when crap like the klaxons is headlining. The sound and video of Guns was excellent I hope we get to see more of it down the line, the band sounded real tight.

Personally i think in a nuclear war between China and the U.S. nobody wins, but i think any country that attempted a ground invasion of China would be annilated not to mention China would more than likely be backed by Russia which would mean bye bye to the opposing country but thats just my opinion.

I also think most probably that object in the video is more than likely some sort of missile as the second video with the stills has been said to be a fake.

At the end of the day i dont see any point in the U.S. showing there muscle to China as any war between the two would end in total disaster for both parties.

I can't say i know much about the subject but thats how i see it, i may be wrong.
