Oh that's fucked up. The first one's a better movie, but I love in II how they have the parallel story showing how Vito came to be.

Thats not a stroke, sorry but you dont wake up the next day fine after a stroke.
My friend had a stroke at 25, blood vessel burst in his brain, he lost the use of one arm and took over a year of physio to get himself to 90%. And he was very lucky, he knew the signs, and managed to call an ambulance and post his keys through the letter box before collasping.
There are strokes a lot more serious than others. Some leave you permanently disabled, some you can overcome with physical therapy, and some are very temporary. My Grandfather had a stroke that didn't cause any paralysis at all, not even short term. So yes, Cramer very well could have had a stroke.
