I´ll play the Devil´s Advocate by pulling the dates off MyGNR.
- Mexico: March 16th
- Chile: March 29th @ Movistar Arena
- Brazil: the brazilian leg will lbe in April, lasting from 10 to 12 days, with concerts in 5 capitals.
- Paraguay: April 09th on Asuncion, on a wide open place, probably the Jockey Club.
- Argentina: April 11th and 12th on La Plata (Unico Stadium) and Rosario (Salon Metropolitano).
In other words, nothing to write home about. Presales and promotions will start early next year to court those who fall into the demographic. This forum war thing is getting silly with MSL v MyGNR v HTGTH, but I guess insanity has a way of spreading.

Another tiny bit, this one from a South American website, regarding the postponement of the show from late '13 to early '14.
The tour of Latin America should have occurred around October of this year, however, due to the incongruity of schedule among the session musicians and a - supposed - focus on recovery recordings and works of a successor to "Chinese Democracy" [2008], the contract had to be postponed to next year.
Fairly dodgy a translation, but you'll get the idea.

Still, guys like Rob Zombie work hard to get their billing. It speaks volumes of the original bands legacy that, despite their best efforts, Axl and his cronies haven't managed to whittle it down. All those non-releases, cancellations and general nonsense since only add up to his legacy as the lunatic now solely in charge of the asylum.

Yeah, really not much to get excited about. Plus the fact they're only short clips. Some remixes, songs we've already heard. Nothing really new here.
Aye, these are definitely the Chinese leftovers, aside maybe Going Down. Guns should've unloaded OMG and SilkWorms to iTunes or wherever a few years back to nourish the hardcores and get a minor buck.

The snippet sounded like a different song. Tis possible that with the original leak, someone (either officially or not) isolated the vox and pasted them on a Prostitute intstrumental, etc. We'll need to wait for the full song to leak to be sure, obviously.
Btw, here's Guns (sans Axl) rehearsing OMG for the infamous Rock in Rio 11.

We can also exclusively reveal that the band are planning to present 2 to 3 new songs during next years touring.
Going Down and acoustic Better would be my guess for the 2 new songs played
They play the leaks, like in '06. Going Down and Blood in the Water, if full track leaks.
If we make enough noise, there's always a chance for OMG and SilkWorms!
Having said that, it's curious they didn't bother to rerun the Fortus comments about an album next year, which also confirmed the SA tour earlier on. That sort of backpedalling lends some credence to the possibility of them being in league with Fernando.

From what I gather, these clips came from HV from mygnr in an attempt to sabotage msl. So basically your everyday GN'R type stuff. ; )
I kind of doubt MSL's side in the whole story, but that's just me.
As far the sampler's concerned, it's very hard to judge any of the tracks on their own merits, as they only last around 10-15 secs a pop. The leaker posted on the MSL board (conveniently enough, if there was some sabotage) to inform them there'd be more stuff in the New Year. Full tracks, I assume.
Judging by the sampler, nothing earthshattering is coming, but it'd be nice to hear the studio version of SilkWorms, and of course, the revamped OMG - an underrated GNR song if there ever was one.
