Don't Cry lacked power, and Axl seemed to see too low, almost in a whisper to protect his voice. He wasn't pitchy, but he seemed to go in and out of key. A mixed bag.

I think it's ironic that even on GNR.com's live stream, Axl still gets shit on.


Facts are facts. People think the clean vocal/helium/2002 Axl fucking sucks. Just the way it is.

Yeah I got that sense on Don't Cry too.  His voice just wasn't there, so he kind of whispered it.  He's been great, good, bad, etc. at different times tonight.  Pretty standard really.

Yeah I agree. Just standard fare for Axl in the modern day. That's why I wish he would get in a studio.
