There'll be no DVD/blu-ray cause he doesn't want to give Slash royalties/$$$

Was it Canter who 'confirmed' this theory?

Honestly, id be more surprised if they did release a live record than I would of a new album.
Like I've no hope of a new album, but even less hope for a live release. If that makes sense...

No, Canter said they couldn't work together well enough to get it released and agree on things. Like what goes in, what gets left out, etc. At least that's what I got out of it. I don't think money is an issue.

If the current band does a live release...

I wish they would put out something from the 09/10 tour.

IMO Axl sounded much better on that tour than he has in 2011/12 gigs...and it's still the DJ era band so still the modern line up....plus there were a lot of great CD song performances....scrapped, If the world, twat etc.....

Would be great to have.

I agree. The same deal could be released though with the London 2010, and use Duff's appearence as a gimmick to sell it.

They also could turn around and include bonus videos of the Izzy performances from 2012, to also gimmick out to move units of it.

But of course I doubt all that. That would require organization, fore thought, and brains. Guess we won't see it then.
