So, I'm not sure the demand for GN'R in 2013 with no new album to promote, and same old setlist...

Yeah true, but there's a difference.

There was HUGE demand for GN'R in Australia in 2007, because prior to that, they hadn't toured the country in 14 years.
So the buzz was really big for those shows, even if it wasn't the original band.

Right now, in 2013, this is the 3rd Australian tour in 6 years with no new product, other than CD. The 2007 tour was actually billed as the Chinese Democracy World Tour, and the tours in 2010 and 2013 aren't billed as anything.
Maybe they should be labeled "Cash-Grab Retirement Fund" Tours...

I shouldn't laugh though, I'm one of the suckers contributing to that retirement fund...
