Even though they did not say who the other members are, you could read into it that it's just the current members after Bumble, DJ, and Tommy left.

That is how it should be anyway. Duff and Slash have always been great at the promo thing while Axl is a recluse. Let the laid back guys who know how to handle the media work their magic and create a more positive view of this band. Axl has so much freaking negativity around him due to his own actions that he needs to sit back and let his old pals help him.
