It’s not really desperation. I think more than anything we should be more open minded to plausible suggestions. It’s roughly 12 years since I heard that rough sounding version that didn’t even sound like GnR to me at the time, but still.
Tommy Demo sounds like classic Bash and Pop, perhaps even Perfect. I say that as a big fan of his. I don’t really care much for someone I’ll never really meet. I’ve got bigger things to do than share my opinions here anymore. Not right, not wrong. Who gives a fuck. We’re all due to expire anyway.

Didn't claim to be mighty. Just saying the Fortus interview where this song is mentioned has been debunked and Axl confirmed it as fake in forum chats. Anyway dude this thread is getting derailed now, so I'm leaving this alone now.
Here’s the thing. Maybe if people like to argue, and not go “oh hey, that’s actually an interesting thought there!” then we can maybe build a better timeline.
How do you know that Motormouth wasn’t circulated at one point. A song called REAL DOLL DOT COM is a fucking title, which is stupid as fuck, yet something as plausible as the title motormouth:

Guys, I think this might well be Motormouth. The version I heard had some poor sound on it, and wasn’t very clear. But this matches up. Might not be Motormouth but this is the same sounds. The lyrics are very similar. The similarity I heard was the lower bass bit, that sounded like The Chain.

No worries. I wish Chinese.com was still around. I do remember some of this song. Listen to the bit that says “wish that you’d have known....” and before that, it’s like The Chain by Fleetwood Mac almost, then it goes into full on raucous rock. Now go play a burnout game with this on. It works. I’m not even clutching at straws. I’ve heard this fucker before. About 5 years or so ago I ditched the laptop with it on. Thought nothing of it. FUCK!
