I'd love for Slash to be coming back - although I cant see him wanting to be joint lead with someone else a la Zakk Wylde. I'm sure he wouldnt come back without Duff either. Those guys wouldnt want to come back as employees either. I just cant see it happening.
Oh well, at least Robin has gone so its not all bad. He'll never botch Patience again.

So 4 days before the album drops, one of the US's massive tv shows will have a bunch of guys dressed up like Slash, Duff etc playing a 20 year old song? I doubt anyone is going to be playing tribute to Finck or Pitman. Should be amusing.

Cheers, sounds weird, I dont think its legit. Itsounds like an old Guns acoutic jam but worse. Thevocals while sounding Axlish dont really sound like Axl. It would certainly be a flow killer as an extra track but Axl is good at those. See UYII.

There are rumours about a hidden song on CD, and this one makes me think about the end of the Rolling Stones review.. the "I won't too" part. Plus, it sounds simple.

You just answered yourself right there about why it won't happen.
Another thing to remember, if you go by what has been said about the pople around Axl (Beta and family), including what MSL said about Beta trashing Slash, I'm sure Axl is being influenced to stay away from those guys. For more reaons than just him being certain people's meal ticket.

These albums ruled my life in the 90's and I still listen to them on a regular basis - Listening to Jar of Flies now in fact. These all have everything you could want from a perfect album and showcase the very best of the bands mentioned IMO.
