Yeah true the extra long sets must be pretty tough on Ron at the moment.

Neemo, having recently gone thru something similar with our cat as you know, I would have to say if the levels havent gone down when you take him back, I would look to put him down.

It's different if say a $500 dollar operation would fix him, then yeah I would look to try and do that. But it's not and having to take him in for weekly injections IMO is not practical, obviously costly and would stress the cat. As you say he is getting on in years so he is only going to deteriorate given what he has.

Sadly I think you will probably have to put him down, I would look to do that if it was me.  We were stung with quite a few bills for our cat over the years after he got hit by a car one time plus a few abscesses and I never thought twice about paying it.  But when he got to the point where he was really bad and not going to get better but continue to go downhill, we had to make the tough call.

Imagine Loaded playing It's So Easy while opening for GNR and just has the vocals start, Axl runs out and do the entire song and then splits. Duff goes: "Who the hell was THAT guy?!"
Would be awesome for the fans present at the gig.

I also think that could be awesome but therein lies the problem. I would hazard a guess that most people who think Loaded opening for GNR would be cool is because there is a part of them hoping for just such an event.

Sadly I think for me whilst it would probably be cool if it happened I couldn't help but feel like it was a bit of a cock tease.

It's great that the two of them seem to have somewhat mended some of the bridges between them that were previously burnt, but for me I feel like either give me the full blown reunion or nothing, don't blur the lines.  Seeing Duff and Axl on the stage together would just give me reunion cravings, i know I would start thinking imagine if 21...... since that is unlikey I would prefer not to have those emotions stirred up.

I'm looking forward to the interview, I dont care that DJ is there too as long as he doesn't monopolize the interview. But I doubt that will happen as he actually seems like a shy guy to me, definitelynot like a loud mouth Bach.

Re Duff and Loaded opening, if that happens I reckon it's gonna be pretty weird. If it occurred then I can only presume that they ( axl and Duff) are both cool with which is probably all that should matter. However my personal opinion is that it's not appropriate.

Apparently a 1 hour interview with Axl and DJ will air November 11th.

Shame we gotta wait that long.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. He's probably just gonna interview Ron or DJ...

Yeah it would be a major let down if Axl wasn't part of it.

Also I hope they don't just kiss his ass but rather ask some proper probing questions.
