It’s looking like 60k Americans will die from COVID. Less than the 61k who died of the flu, and less than the 67k who overdosed in 2018. I fully support the lockdown measures, but this needs to end soon. We can’t take a wrecking ball to the world economy to try to prevent the death amount of people who OD each year. Are you willing to live like this each flu season? If not, you understand the point.

I'm not going to turn this in to the US thread as your want to; I love you man, but you're the definition of the low information voter. You really don't have a clue how misguided and misinformed you are. Hope you and yours are doing well.

This forum needs an Alex Jones filter. It's outta control. #witchhunt #fakenews #conspiracy #MAGA #Mississippiisfullofstupidpeople
You’ve said Melania has a stand in. You’ve said Trump colluded with Russia. You just posted that Trump is pushing the malaria drug because a hedge fund manager over part of his assets has invested some money in a drug manufacturer that makes said drug among many others. You’ve predicted Trump was going to be hauled out in hand cuffs in the next week for the past 3.5 years. Self awareness dude.

Glad to see the predictions of hundreds of thousands prove to be wrong, and the numbers starting to peak. Hopefully we can start putting people back to work in 2-3 weeks now that we know what the real numbers look like.

Can you link the video of that? Cause I can link the WHO telling everyone it wasn’t a big deal in January and that China had it under control. I’ll be waiting for the link. What you imagine in your head isn’t reality.
I know you won't even watch this...
I'm busy watching the amazing voter suppression in Wisconsin....something that I'm sure won't even show up on your radar.
Did you watch it? I particularly like the comment at the 55 second mark. What does that video have to do with your comment "I’ll just remember trump saying repeatedly how it would go away like magic?" It will disappear eventually, that's how all modern diseases work. The numbers cited by CNN and others haven't manifested. We're still 2nd best in the world, and no governor has said a patient has died due to lack of medical equipment. Try harder.

Remember this when 8 weeks from now you asks for examples of how COVID was politicized.
I'll do one better! Trump secretly funded the research at the bio lab in Wuhan, and developed a virus that could be treated with hydroxychloroquine. He did this because he stands to make big bucks because part of a fund he doesn't manage and probably couldn't tell you all of its components, is one of many vendors who make hydroxychloroquine. HOLY FUCK BOYS! Better go underground, we just figured out the greatest truth since SLC realized Bush and Cheney personally planted the explosives at the WTC.

Really important article for those who want to play politics and say Trump has somehow mismanaged COVID (and won't point to any other nation whom is doing it better).

Its virality isn’t even that impressive. It’s marginally more contagious than the flu. Measles and other viruses are far better stock to build a weapons grade agent off of.

I have serious doubts this was lab created. It's an incredibly shitty virus if its design was biological warfare. Less than 2% mortality rate and all of that almost entirely in the elderly and immuno-compromised - not something very effective against your average soldier. Plenty of other known pathogens with 90+ mortality rates if China wanted to develop something new.
