This one gives Trump 87%.

Some 20 years ago, I constructed a formula, The Primary Model, that has predicted the winner of the popular vote in all five presidential elections since it was introduced. It is based on elections dating to 1912. The formula was wrong only once: The 1960 election. That one hurt because John F. Kennedy was my preferred candidate.
The Primary Model consists of two ingredients: The swing of the electoral pendulum, and the outcomes of primaries.

Blood money: Hillary Clinton’s latest scandal involves taking $100K from an ISIS sponsor
Benghazi and the email scandals may be the least bit that Hillary Clinton has to be concerned about.
A brand new report found that the Clinton Foundation has accepted at least $100,000 from a company called “Lafarge” and that Clinton herself has been directly involved with the corporation, according to the left-wing British political blog The Canary.
Lafarge also has close ties to Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Apart from being a regular donor to the Clinton Foundation, Clinton herself was a director of Lafarge in the early 1990s, and did legal work for the firm in the 1980s. During her connection to Lafarge, the firm was implicated in facilitating a CIA-backed covert arms export network to Saddam Hussein.
Even worse is that Lafarge was recently accused of secretly sponsoring the Islamic State (ISIS), paying taxes to the terrorist organization to operate its cement plant in Syria and the company has even bought oil from ISIS.
The connections to Clinton could not be more evident, as she has a history with Lafarge dating back to the early 1990’s.
From 1990 to 1992, Clinton served on Lafarge’s Board of Directors. Under her tenure, Lafarge’s Ohio subsidiary was caught burning hazardous waste to fuel cement plants. Clinton defended the decision at the time.
Then just before her husband, Bill Clinton, was elected president in 1992, Lafarge was fined $1.8 million by the Environmental Protection Agency for these pollution violations. Hillary Clinton had left the board of Lafarge in spring, just after her husband won the Democrat nomination. A year later, under Bill’s presidency, the Clinton administration reduced Lafarge’s EPA fine to less than $600,000.

Thought this redditer made a good post:
Does Hillary Clinton have brain damage?
Hillary Clinton is SICK. Seriously. I can prove it, and the American people need to know about it.
In 2012, Clinton had a cerebral venous thrombosis (blood clot in her brain). The story went like this: Clinton supposedly had an intestinal infection and got severely dehydrated. She fainted, fell, and hit her head, which resulted in a concussion. A few weeks later, she was found to have a cerebral venous thrombosis (blood clot in her brain). Her doctors claimed that she was “making excellent progress” and they were “confident she will make a full recovery.” Source
Has she made a full recovery? What are the odds that she truly has no neurological deficits from this injury?
CVT Prognosis: According to a large international study in 2004, after an average of 16 months, 57.1 % of CVT patients had no symptoms or signs, 22% had “mild” residual symptoms, 7.5 % had mild impairments, 2.9% had moderate impairments, 2.2% were severely handicapped, and 8.3% had died. So, 42.9% had difficulties after their CVT, ranging from mild impairments to death. Source
Has Clinton shown any signs of impairment? I submit that she has. I submit that much of her “lying” is actually confabulating (or making things up). Confabulation is believed to result from damage to the right frontal lobe of the brain, including the ventromedial frontal lobe. Clinton’s clot was on the right side.
This Breitbart article has a good summary of her health problems, as well as a neurologist discussing these very issues. It’s long but worth a read: Breitbart
Here's some MORE EVIDENCE:
“She is often confused” - Hillary’s own top aide (and possible lover?) Huma Abedin said in an email, “She’s often confused.” Note the date: Jan 2013, just 1 month after her CVT. Source
Debate Bathroom Breaks and Cheating: In late 2015 at a democratic debate, Clinton returned from the break very late, and joked that “it does take me a little longer.” Source. Now, there have been reports that she was meeting with campaign staff during these breaks, which was against the DNC debate rules Source. Why was she meeting with staff against the rules? I submit that she was likely being “refreshed” on talking points because her memory is poor.
Nancy Reagan recast as AIDS hero: Source. Seriously? Anyone alive at the time, knows the Reagans were far from AIDS heroes. They actively denied the health crisis for years and were much maligned by the HIV community for doing so. Why would Hillary say this, unprompted? Memory problems or confabulation. She “misspoke.”
Bosnian Sniper Fire: We’ve all heard this story a hundred times. Why would she make this up in an age where there are cameras and the internet? Again, she’s mis-remembering events. Confabulation. It has been pointed out that this was from 2008. Based on this and her history of inappropriate laughter (see below), I submit that she likely had neurological problems BEFORE her concussion too. Source
No Press Conferences: As Trump hammered her on recently, she hasn’t had a press conference in 6 months. In an election year during a hotly contested primary! Why? It’s because she can’t answer unscripted, impromptu questions appropriately and they’re trying to obscure this fact. Source
“Chill pills”: An anonymous campaign aide, claims Clinton has “been having screaming, child-like tantrums that have left staff members in tears and unable to work.”. A campaign advisor says, “We’re having some success in giving her some chill pills.” This is a serious allegation, which would further explain her memory problems. Benzodiazepines (commonly referred to as "chill pills" can cause serious memory problems like she's been showing signs of. It’s worth noting that these tantrums sound similar to the types of tantrums reported by two different FBI agents. Source
4 days of Gaffes: These are just more recent memory lapses of hers that are worth reading. There are hundreds of these. Source
has reminded me of $hillary's bouts of uncontrollable laughter Source. This can be a sign of "pseudobulbar affect" (PBA) which often accompanies strokes and other neurological conditions. According to PBAINFO.org:
PBA outbursts can be inappropriate The crying or laughing episodes are inappropriate to the situation in which they occur. Sometimes these are spontaneous crying or laughing eruptions that don’t reflect the way a person is actually feeling.
PBA outbursts can be exaggerated Another characteristic of PBA episodes is that though the crying or laughing may be appropriate for a given situation, they’re exaggerated – they’re more intense or last longer than the situation calls for.
Sound like anyone we know? ARF ARF,
I could go on and on, but I think I’ve made my point. This is a big deal and the American people deserve answers to HARD QUESTIONS (not pre-scripted softballs) about these issues, and honestly, I won’t be satisfied without seeing a live memory test on TV.
The American people deserve answers!
APPENDED SECTION
Business Insider On May 14, 2014, Bill and Karl Rove went at it debating over Clinton's health, Bill Clinton admitted that Hillary had sustained injury that “required six months of very serious work to get over,” and said that Hillary was fine now. “It’s something she never low-balled with the American people, never tried to pretend it didn’t happen,” On this ABC News timeline, another statement was made. Sometime early the week of Dec. 9: Clinton faints and falls while at home. Dec. 13: Clinton is diagnosed with a concussion, the New York Times reports, with a State Department official saying the concussion "was not severe" "Judging by the woman we saw this morning and the workload that she's got she seems to be fully recovered," spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters at a State Department briefing Jan. 7, 2013, about a month after Hillary Clinton's fall and concussion occurred. We're very familiar about now with Hillary's crazy head motions. But, what the fuck are they? Well here is my guess: Seizures.
Clinton is immediately escorted away after an episode. Seizures have different symptoms in different people. This is due to the varying locations of the brain they originate in. A seizure can go unnoticed or be shrugged off as a momentary lapse. Some types of seizure are very brief and last only a minute or two.
But some common symptoms include difficulty speaking, or inability to speak at all Hillary at the DNC Certain
Jacksonian types of seizures tend to cause sudden head and eye movements, numbness, and sudden muscle contractions. Individually, these can seem like normal or exaggerated movements, but together they can present a pattern. So, what can cause seizures?
Many things, especially a stroke. In fact, strokes are the most common cause of seizures in the elderly. A stroke is basically bleeding in the brain. According to the National Institute of Health, roughly 30% of patients who had a stroke on one side of their brain have difficulty swallowing; a similar percentage has been reported for patients who had a brain injury in an accident. Difficulty swallowing is a common and often insignificant problem. But when swallowing difficulties are caused by underlying illness, the symptoms can be persistent and severe. A person experiencing this may repetitively clear their throat, have a garbled voice, cough, choke, and swallow frequently to try and clear trapped food and water that gets stuck on the way down. Here is a video compiling Hillary's coughing fits.
I'm sure as more time passes and Hillary continues to be in the public eye, these symptoms and irregularities in motion will continue to manifest.

How 'bout them crazy head motions guys.
Here's a post I made the other day:
She's having a myoclonic seizure triggered by an overwhelming amount of people talking at the same time or specific topics being brought up. This also explains the refusal to hold a press conference for the past 235+ days. And again, this also explains why she gave a speech at the DNC via video the other day. She wasn't there, likely because the Bernie delegates shouting would have triggered another. This is also why the DNC has revoked 700+ credentials of Bernie supporters who were booing and shouting about opposition. They all need removed before she can give her acceptance speech. All of these are potential triggers for the seizures she's having.
Reflex epilepsies are a group of epilepsy syndromes in which a certain stimulus brings on seizures. The stimulus can be something simple in the environment or something more complex like reading, writing, doing arithmetic, or even thinking about specific topics.
The types of seizures that may occur are varied, but 85% are generalized tonic-clonic (grand mal) seizures. Other seizure types include absence seizures (staring) and myoclonic seizures (jerking of the eyes, head, or arms).
The most common form of reflex epilepsy is photosensitive epilepsy, in which flashing lights trigger seizures. These seizures are usually found to be primary generalized seizures. Occasionally, partial seizures (arising from a small portion of the brain) may also present as a reflex epilepsy.
Other reflex epilepsies may occur at any age. They affect only a small percentage of people with epilepsy.
People who have reflex epilepsies generally are developmentally normal and have normal findings on a neurological examination.

Video of the seizure for anyone out of the loop.
She was also hospitalized in 2013 for a blood clot in her head. Guess what a side effect of a blood clot in the brain is? You guessed it, seizures.
Brain: Patients with blood clots in their brains can experience problems with their vision or speech, seizures and general weakness.

Athletes Set To Compete In Human Excrement
IF OLYMPIC athletes’ tolerance levels were not being pushed to the limit already, they’ve now been told to keep their mouths closed.
On top of concerns over substandard Olympic village accommodation, athletes have been warned that Rio’s aquatic sites remain contaminated.
Government and Olympic officials admit efforts to treat sewage and clear garbage from Guanabara Bay and the city’s beaches have been insufficient, prompting warnings from health experts.
The bay will host the sailing and windsurfing events at next month’s Olympics.
Scientists say the waters are filled with a host of pathogens and viruses with recent tests showing it is more contaminated than first thought, The New York Times reported.
One doctor told The Times that athletes will “literally be swimming in human crap”.
Paediatrician Daniel Becker also warned they were at risk of getting sick from microorganisms and toxins in the water.
Health experts have advised competitors to keep their mouths shut.
Afrodite Zegers, a member of the Dutch sailing team, has been practising in Guanabara Bay, renowned for its high levels of pollution.
“We just have to keep our mouths closed when the water sprays up,” she told The Times.
One local revealed his disappointment that authorities weren’t able to clean up the water properly in time for the games, revealing “it smells like (expletive) because it’s full of (expletive)”.
Luiz Goldfeld told USAToday he expected something would be done about the problem when the Olympics were announced in 2009.
However according to him, little has changed in seven years with tonnes of raw sewage pumped into the bay every day.
He said the stench was often overpowering and that he had seen human waste and dead animals in the water.
However some have pointed out the events being held in the bay are actually a long way from where the worst pollution levels are.
London-based Brazilian singer-songwriter Isabel Monteiro tweeted the negativity surrounding pollution was misleading.
Authorities also claim the situation isn’t as bad as it may seem. They say strong currents in the bay mean the sailing areas are clean enough for swimming.
GARBAGE PROBLEM
The health warning follows the news last week that while garbage-free water at venues is not guaranteed at least sailing competitors can expect a “fair” tournament.
Brazilian authorities have been quick to reassure competitors that the bay, which is staging the sailing and windsurfing contests, will not be affected by massive pollution.
However concerns were raised that fast, light boats or windsurfers could run into floating garbage or even snag a plastic bag, getting slowed down or knocked out of the race.
This comes on top of concerns raised surrounding bacteria in the sewage-laden waters.
Andre Correa, the Rio state secretary for the environment, said new barriers aimed to prevent the flow of garbage into the bay and thought competitors won’t have any trouble.
“There is no bay in the world with no rubbish. Is there a chance we’ll have some problem?’ he told AFP last week.
“There is a very small chance, but it can’t be ignored. It’s not impossible. But I am very optimistic that we can guarantee a fair regatta.”
Mr Correa said the barriers, placed across 17 principal rivers, aim to stop 85 per cent of garbage running into the bay.
Regular boaters and clean-up crews on Guanabara report finding everything from dead animals to floating televisions and refrigerators, in addition to masses of plastic bottles and bags.
SUPER BACTERIA
While cleaning up rubbish from the waterways is easier, getting rid of toxins and bacteria remains a far bigger challenge.
An estimated half of the sewage emitted by the roughly nine million people living around Guanabara Bay is not treated.
Mr Correa insisted that strong currents in the bay meant that the sailing areas were clean enough for swimming, even if other areas are filthy.
“Water quality has never been a worry of mine for the Olympics,” he said.
Only the raw sewage that until recently was gushing into the marina where the sailing boats start posed a risk, he said, and that has been addressed. “For the last month the water quality has been good,” he said.
In their winning bid to host the Olympics, Rio de Janeiro officials had promised to reduce pollution by 80 per cent.
However, earlier this month alarm bells rang after scientists found a group of drug-resistant bacteria in Rio’s waters.
Called Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae, the bacteria can cause meningitis, pulmonary gastrointestinal urinary tract and bloodstream infections.
Raw sewage which is dumped into the ocean has been cited as the likely cause of the bacteria which has been detected in the city’s beaches.
Such super bacteria is a particular risk for those with compromised immune systems.
SAFETY CONCERNS
Rio organisers have been plagued by a series of concerns, not least of all pollution, with crime and safety of athletes and visitors also coming under the spotlight.
Yesterday Today show reporter Christine Ahern revealed how she and her cameraman were approached by would-be thieves just an hour after arriving in Rio.
Ahern and her cameraman were almost mugged by a group of “transvestites” near Copacabana Beach but were saved after a quick-thinking security guard intervened.
The reporter told 3AW the city definitely had an edgy feel to it and tourists needed to have their wits about them.
Then earlier this week New Zealand Jiu-Jitsu competitor Jason Lee said he was kidnapped by men in police uniform who forced him to withdraw cash from ATMs.
Lee, who has been living in Rio for the past 10 months, was later released by the group revealing how sad it was locals and tourists had to put up with this “bull****” daily.

Clinton Campaign Hacked Again
WASHINGTON/SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - The computer network used by Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s campaign was hacked as part of a broad cyber attack on Democratic political organizations, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The latest attack, which was disclosed to Reuters on Friday, follows reports of two other hacks on the Democratic National Committee and the party’s fundraising committee for candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives.
The U.S. Department of Justice national security division is investigating whether cyber hacking attacks on Democratic political organizations threatened U.S. security, sources familiar with the matter said on Friday.
The involvement of the Justice Department’s national security division is a sign that the Obama administration has concluded that the hacking was state sponsored, individuals with knowledge of the investigation said.
The Clinton campaign, based in Brooklyn, had no immediate comment.
The Department of Justice had no comment.
It was not immediately clear what information on the Clinton campaign’s computer system hackers would have been able to access.
RUSSIAN HACKERS
Hackers, whom U.S. intelligence officials have concluded were Russian, gained access to the entire network of the fundraising Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, or DCCC, said people familiar with the matter, detailing the extent of the breach to Reuters for the first time.
Access to the full DCCC network would have given the hackers access to everything from emails to strategy memos and opposition research prepared to support Democratic candidates in campaigns for the House.
The hack of the DCCC, which is based in Washington, was reported first by Reuters on Thursday, ahead of Clinton’s speech in Philadelphia accepting the Democratic party’s nomination.
Russian officials could not be immediately reached for comment.
Several U.S. officials said the Obama administration has avoided publicly attributing the attacks to Russia as that might undermine Secretary of State John Kerry’s effort to win Russian cooperation in the war on Islamic State in Syria.
The officials said the administration fears Russian President Vladimir Putin might respond to a public move by escalating cyber attacks on U.S. targets, increasing military harassment of U.S. and allied aircraft and warships in the Baltic and Black Seas, and making more aggressive moves in Eastern Europe.
Some officials have privately said responding more forcefully to Russia would be more effective than remaining silent over what one called “a continuing campaign of intrusions, attempted break-ins and bullying.”
The hacks under scrutiny did not involve the private email system Clinton used while she was secretary of state.
The FBI said on July 5 that no criminal charges should be filed over Clinton's use of private email servers while she was secretary, but it rebuked her for being "extremely careless" in the handling of classified information.
After emails were leaked from the DNC hack, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Wednesday invited Russia to dig up thousands of "missing" emails from Clinton's time at the State Department, prompting Democrats to accuse him of urging foreigners to spy on Americans.
On Thursday, Trump said his remarks were meant as sarcasm.
Earlier in the week, Clinton campaign senior policy adviser Jake Sullivan had criticized Trump and called the hacking "a national security issue."
In Washington, the DCCC said on Friday it has hired cyber security firm CrowdStrike to investigate. "We have taken and are continuing to take steps to enhance the security of our network," the DCCC said. "We are cooperating with federal law enforcement with respect to their ongoing investigation."
Senator Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat and the top Democrat on the Senate intelligence committee, said she had not heard about the hacking investigation involving the Clinton campaign.
But she told CNN: "It wouldn't surprise me. I think it should be pretty clear that both campaigns should be aware that there's a problem out there. Everybody should be cautious."
