@Rex That'll be a bonus track.
Okay, here's Appetite for Destruction. I couldn't find any non-Slash covers of Rocket Queen, You're Crazy, Think About You, and Anything Goes. So I replaced those with Shadow of Your Love and the performances of It's So Easy, Paradise City, and KOHD from the Marquee gig. And know people will whine about lack of Sheryl Crow, but I personally didn't want it.
John 5- Welcome to the Jungle
Manic Street Preachers- It's So Easy (b-side of You Love Us)
Slash- Nightrain (Live in Sydney)
Halestorm- Out Ta Get Me
Velvet Revolver- Mr. Brownstone (Live, Colonge)
Slash- Paradise City feat. Fergie and Cypress Hill
AFI- My Michelle
Gilby Clarke, Jizzy Pearl, Randy Castillo, Tracii Guns- SCOM
GNR- ISE Marquee 1987
GNR- KOHD Marquee 1987
GNR- PC Marquee 1987
GNR- Shadow of Your Love
On the the thread's title change- I'm now doing more than just tribute albums. I'm still taking requests though.

Welcome Home (Sanitarium)- Bullet for My Valentine
Disposable Heroes- Chimaira
Leper Messiah- Scorched Earth Orchestra
Orion- Mastodon

Appetite for Destruction up next! I will also be making live versions of famous albums.

After reading about the DP tribute Re-Machined, I decided to do the same thing for Led Zeppelin IV and Master of Puppets. I'll post the full track list later, but for now I'll tell you that Zeppelin IV includes Great White, Heart, Rollins Band, and WASP, while Master includes Trivium, Primus, Bullet for My Valentine, and the Scorched Earth Orchestra. I can also take requests for albums as long as they are influential enough to have all the songs be covered. NOTE: I will not be posting MP3s of the albums. These are simply suggestions for making a tribute to one of your favorite albums. In the meantime, does anyone know a good cover of Think About You?

@RussTBC Totally agree with you about the Wall. First Pink Floyd album I'd ever heard and it blew me away completely. Sucks that FaLiLV isn't on vinyl. I have almost all the songs on vinyl anyway, but I wish they were all in one place.

Speaking of limited edition vinyl, I am excited for Record Store Day. I'll definately pick up the Soundgarden demos and the Bon Jovi EP. I might buy the REM EP, the Dio/Killswitch Engage split, and the Dazed and Confused sountrack. By the way, does anyone know if the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas soundtrack is avalible on vinyl?

I just broke the three-way tie with Nightrain 06.
#139 Re: The Sunset Strip » Bon Jovi Discussion » 651 weeks ago
Just got an email from SiriusXM. Starting March 22 at 6pm, channel 142 will be a Bon Jovi channel for a limited time.
Just found that out. I wonder if they'll play solo Bon Jovi and Sambora.

Finished listening to the punk stuff. All of them sounded great, especially Ramones. I didn't like Rock 'n' Roll Swindle though. Too many throw away tracks. The stuff with Johnny Rotten was awesome.
Next to listen to is...
LZ- Song Remains the Same (original)
UFO- Strangers in the Night
Michael Shencker Group- One Night at Budokan
Ozzy- Tribute
Dokken- Beast from the East
All in all, a great double live set.
