Probably Axl cut that chorus due to the woke ideology and the troubles the chorus could bring home Lol

Definitely.

Only thing I can't complain about in GN'R is the music (the little we get of it). For the most part I enjoy the songs, warts and all.

Considering the money involved, GN'R has to be the most amateurish organization in the whole world. Almost a billion dollar business and they are run like a low end kebab shop.

At least the song is good...

Someone posted a picture where Monsters was on the Japanese CD, but it does not appear so when I do a google search. Was that just a fake?

Monsters is on the Japanese version. I suppose that's why it leaked also.

Same with almost any artist really. They get rich, they get old and they have nothing left to say. Slash hasn't produced a lot of great riffs since 2005 either.

The only exception I can think of is Roger Waters. The fire is still strong in him.

They're acting like they're planning a surprise attack on the USSR. Not a fucking peep!

While I hate Elm street sequels, I gotta give this one more try. Supposedly it tried doing what Scream did a few years later but no one was ready for it yet.

The Elm Street sequels is what kept me off watching this for years. I just didn't figure the seventh movie in a series that derailed could be any good. I was taken aback with surprise when I finally did a binge watch of my Elm Street box set a few years ago. Especially considering how dreadful the sixth movie was. Maybe the worst horror sequel of all time. New Nightmare is definitely in my top 10 horror.

Again a fantastic idea from Craven but lacking a little bit in execution. The ending is the only thing I don't really like. They should have just stayed with the idea Freddy in this world was now for real. And I think maybe he should have killed her. To really sell the "real horror" gimmick they were going for.

Age is a big factor in these lists it seems. Or whether you are European or American. A limited amount of American movies came to Europe in the past. And whether you grew up in a decade, or if you were already grown, or you weren't born and only know it through the classics later. A lot of movies are also zeitgeist dependent. If you weren't there and you didn't "get it" then you won't look at the movie the same way.

The more I see this “General” clip from the Hollywood Bowl, the more convinced I am that they wanna utilize some of the footage for a video for the song. Slash, who at first I thought was just rocking out, uses a whole lot of exaggerated movements in it.

Seems very possible. Another Perhaps style video.
