There's a reason most republican leaning people are older. When you're young, you are idealistic and want to make things great for everyone. When you get older, you realize that isn't possible. Well, most people do.

I don't know how many times I said the dems would never lose if they could just pay for stuff.   It's still true.  Nobody is against helping those that truly need it. The problem is they've created a generation of people depending on help and not at all interested in breaking the cycle.

Let's take a step back for a second to point out how we're all getting played by the system. How could the dems pay for stuff?  Tax the rich. The rich are such a small % that they could certainly do it. Why don't they?  Because they too are rich. So instead they go after the middle class to make even more people depend on the gov't to survive. Think about it a bit...It's obviously not quite that simple but that's exactly what's happening.

What a bunch of fucking pussies too many people have become.  It's a sad, sad state of affairs and we're all going down with the ship fighting among ourselves while the politicians and rich people on both sides laugh their way to the bank.

I hope to God either some of you don't really believe the shit you're spewing or you figure out it's shit you're spewing before it's too late for any of us.

Let's pretend for a second that all of that is 100% accurate.  How does it make sense that unemployment is down, job and job openings are up, and things like food stamps are up?  The only way that makes sense is if people are underemployed and all the jobs being created are shitty jobs.  I'd love to hear another explanation that makes sense.

The stupidity level of some people is amazing. The blame bush for everything crowd is now mad Obama is getting blamed for things?  Priceless.

Lack of empathy?   Fuck you man. I've always said I have zero issues with welfare for those that need it. Zero. It's the lazy motherfuckers  that choose to be on welfare I have an issue with. Empathy is what creates this problem. Stop feeling sorry for them or guilty and make them work their way out instead of just giving them stuff and saying that you've helped. You haven't, but you feel good about yourself and that's all you care about.

The you in the last half is general and not directed specifically at anyone. The you in the first part is specifically aimed at someone.
