Hilarious. No. Science has to prove that this is all man made as they claim. The thing is they can't because climate change happened long before man. So they can guess, but they don't know. They have a reasonable guess as to what is going on, but that's all it is.

"Scientific facts" change all the time. Go watch John Oliver's scientific studies segment on YouTube. He seems to be pretty liberal, so maybe you can get some insight into how those studies really go.

Sheeple. Believe everything you're told. Sad that I won't be around when the reality is finally figured out.
Nobody is even claiming there isn't something to it. There is. But you're not getting the whole story. They tell you what they want you to believe and the scientists have a vested interest in global warming being a man made thing. If you don't believe that, you're simply a fool. Because of that, everything they say while probably grounded in truth is unlikely the whole story. That is the part I am questioning.

Actual scientists getting paid by the gov't a shit ton of money? No thanks. They have a agenda. As soon as someone explains how we could come out of the ice age long before fossil fuels were being burnt but that can't possibly be the same reason things are changing now, I'll consider listening. I've never not believed things are changing, but I don't trust the why.

The earth's temperature has changed long before people came along. I suppose we came out of the ice age because people were burning fossil fuels? Climate change is real, sure. Not convinced that the reasons are what we've been told, and I certainly am not going to take the government's word for it.

It's just going to muddy the waters. The only good news is both parties are (rightfully imo) dealing with it.
#1437 Re: The Garden » Climate Change » 519 weeks ago
There's a lot of money in global warming being a real thing. Therefore it's a real thing.

It's the same reason people fall for the Democrats and their efforts to claim to bring people up while they are really trying to bring others down.

buzzsaw wrote:I don't get all the hate for Gilby and Matt. It's like we're actively looking for someone to hate now that Slash and Axl are friendly again. I guess we just need something to bitch about.
I choose the people bitching about things that don't matter.
I am done with my Matt hate.
Gilby hate is for his low blow.
And the fact he was just a tour guy in Guns, nothing more nothing less.
If he wants to make a slight dig at this lineup I'll defend it.
Obviously, it ain't an issue for Slash and Duff or they would have backed out.
Glad to see you back posting more. I remember the days when it would be buzzsaw this and buzzsaw that.
Was it you who had the feud with Bono?
Is he going to comeback finally and stop with the MYGNR shit.
It was more a general comment than directed at you...there's more hate at some of the other sites.
I didn't really have a feud with Bono. We actually agreed on most things and his posting style made me seem like a saint sometimes, but I thought he crossed the line a couple times and didn't disagree with his banning. I thought he deserved it and some of the stuff he pulled after being banned didn't help his cause any. I hung out with him a little in Vegas and it was all good. I would even be supportive of him coming back, but there are a few that seem to be very opposed to it, so I am not sure what will happen. I won't be president of the bring back bono fanclub, but I would vote for him to be allowed back if such a vote ever took place. We've all (well maybe not all of us) said stuff or done stuff that we regret from time to time.

I think Axl sounds better now than when I saw them in 92. It's amazing in some respects and sad in others. I'm going to focus on the amazing and be happy that I'll get to see 2 more shows in Chicago and maybe an Axl/DC show in NC if that ever gets rescheduled.
