I really don't understand some people.  Jarmo runs his forum the way he wants, big deal.  It's the internet, don't take it so personally.  I don't understand why people go to such foolish lengths to poke fun at people they have never met.  It's so juvenile.

So yes it warrants a thread as it is news on what they feel the problem is, whether you believe or dis-believe what he says.

He may have enough material for 4 separate albums, but what I want to know is how good is the material that he has. None of the demos that I have heard so far suggests that this album will be a masterpiece. I still say he never releases the album. At least with this lineup.

I think he knows that he's waited entirely too long for this album to ever have a fair chance with the media/critics. Unless it is truly the best rock album ever, he will be slammed.

I wanted to resume this discussion we were starting at the temp site. Where does Ax truly fit in the history books when comparing him to people such as Lennon, McCartney, Robert Plant, Jim Morrison, Brian Wilson, etc.? Besides factoring in timeless legends, does Axl and his resume deserve to stand next to more modern artists such as Chris Cornell, James Hetfield, Eddie Vedder, Cobain,etc?
