Hmm, so Guiliani also said "There's only one thing Trump could be accused of here, 'Conspiring with the Russian to hack the DNC'"  which reads as pre-tense, before it happened.

It's noticable how he doesn't word it in a present tense or past tense, as in 'Working with Russia to obtain the hacked emails' as if that in itself wouldn't be a crime. Since the crime was already committed.

My guess is they do one of two things, claim innocence due to naivete, just being 'new to politics' Trumps campaign was unaware of alot of laws & regulations.  Or claim he was blackmailed, setup, or asked they release the info, but not ask or be aware they were criminally obtained. Things like that, definite wordplay tho.

I agree with you on most fronts. I think Warren is my likely 'early bird prediction', although I'd like to say that Bernie's 'disruption' might kindof lead us to whomever wins (ie. someone take his steam or leftover supporters) which may or may not be Warren. Sorta like when Rand Paul ran alot in 04/08?

I'd like to see a Governor gain steam, or myb Bloomberg or someone from the business sector (Gates).

I agree the 'borderline illegal' were my words, partially based on unwillingness to search more a more descriptive term (being that we're only on a Guns N Roses message board).

That said, Trumps done A LOT of self serving things to arrive at this point. (Fire Comey, Belittle Rosenstein & Mueller, Fire Sessions, Call the investigation a Hoax & Fake News)
