I agree that he isn't in 2006 or 2010 form. It's actually well beyond that.

Has not sounded this consistent since the 80s.

This. It beggars belief.

True, he didn't always care as much in later years, but there were plenty of shows where he gave us his all. He was still not close to what he's delivering in these AC/DC gigs. Was he this good in 06? No. But he certainly cared then.

We haven't heard such power in his voice since the early days.

Maybe Angus has a deal with the devil? 14

I figured it would rhyme. 16

Bon gave them credibility and songwriting, Brian gave them super stardom and power. Bill is bringing back a bit of both.

Angus channeling a little Buckethead on this solo. We're talking about a 60 year old man who's played this song a thousand times putting all this emotion into it, damn.

He is better judging by these two clips, a little more rasp in key parts. He is also incredibly consistent, his scream being nearly the exact same 10 second length.

Again, shocking, but not shocking. And again... these papers don't name the real players.

How will they solve all this?

They'll find one scapegoat. They'll take the fall. The rest will get off scot-free and even the scapegoat will get a pardon.

And the sun will rise tomorrow

Another reason I don't care all that much about this. The real players are always left out. Society is not in trouble just because guys like Tom Cruise stashes away some money, it's because elite families are skimming trillions from the top and have been for centuries.

You mentioning Rockefeller reminded me of his recent heart transplant. They asked him what was the key to a long life (he's over a 100), and he gave the usual lines about family, happiness etc. Yeah, I thought, that and seven fucking heart transplants!

Even if he was able to tour again he is still 70 years old. Angus wants to continue for another 10 years, so clearly Johnson is not ready for that, hearing or not. If this Axl thing works out Brian is not coming back to the band.

He might even be a little better. Voice is the same, but I feel he's a bit more comfortable the second time around. There were times in Lisbon where he tried maybe a little too hard.

Yeah, there would definitely be some uproar. It'd be a great album though. If records were still selling like in the old days Angus might be cynical enough to do it.

I guess what we can hope for is a live dvd. The way he's singing they might not need any studio work for a great production.
