I really I wish chose a different more fan-friendly band to obsess over, but where’s the fun in that right?
if only GNR was like pearl jam
I love Pearl Jam, and while I find their first few albums untouchable, they kinda lost me over the years in the direction they went into. I just found it a little uninspiring.
Still a great live act though.

It’s an everyday event where great artists, while writing, change their mood, their lyrics, mix match, guitar tunes etc. Dig in to Bob Dylan’s catalog and hear multiple versions of his most iconic songs.

Diisturbing on a few levels….talking about old band being new Gnr! Simple to me….since 1991, the whole thing is one big mess of musicians with literally no focused direction. Sorry, it still is with Slash and Duff. So much talent in the ideas, execution is just questionable. I like it all but….

All the re-records with Slash and Duff feel chopped up except Perhaps
The funny thing is no one at this point of all those songs really has a clue as to who did what. We know Chinese because the liner notes were pretty detailed. None of these songs have detailed about solos, piano, etc

Back to the two song theory….they have different writing credits with Sesac! The only thing similar is the Beltrami orchestration
