NR sounds like it is on fast forward it is so fast.
Original clocks in at 9 minutes. Now they're playing it in less than 8 and a half, maybe as low as 8.

Snakebite? Can we get a major fail over here, please?

With what's passing for journalism these days we should all be paid for posting here. Quality is better and the accuracy is higher.

Ron played the solo pretty close here in 2014 I think:
But I must say I'm enjoying this slash version immensely
Ron played it note for note. I'd still call it a failed attempt though, as he doesn't come close to the feel of BH. It sounds tame.
Wonder what Slash did with it. His other CD solos haven't impressed me so far. I'll find out tonight.

He really couldn't, you know.
I think Axl could own that song as well as he does other covers. He obviously wouldn't match Freddie's tailored strengths, but he could do the song. I don't see Mercury or most other singers doing a credible Jungle or YCBM. We're not just talking about sheer vocal ability here.

The sea of cigarette lighters you used to see at gigs is back, in the form of smart phones! I can't take my eyes away from the crowd. It's like watching one of those parodies about the future.

That's the benefit of this happening in 2016 instead of 2006. Right now GN'R are the only locomotive in town. All the other big bands are been there done that, and there's nothing new coming up. GN'R being the last and youngest of those bands lands them in a sort of "last man on Earth status". Like the movie "Children of Men", only here we have a situation where no new rock acts are being born.

Axl Rose is the best rock singer to ever take a stage. Power, rasp and emotion all in one. Blessed with talent and utilizing it to the max. Nobody else even comes close to that package. With these latest gigs he shows he can keep it going into old age as well.

A snapshot of everything that is wrong with society. Some idiot driving like a maniac to get a franchise coffee, maybe while texting as well.
Glad you are okay.

Never thought I'd be sitting in 2016 and hearing Axl do a near album version of Coma.
