Saw a bit of it. Not surprised there was no shots of the band though! Seemed quite interesting, hard to make any judgement on such tiny clips though. Sure would like to watch the rest of them when I get home.... wink

The real album will leak within a couple weeks. Hell, possibly even sooner. The hoarders can keep Sorry, Scraped, and This I Love. Although feel free to unload anything else. 14

With the exclusive, I honestly don't see this out on the internet until the morning of release.

A bit like Black Ice that was leaked over a week ago?

It'll probably be online 2 or so weeks before the 23rd.... So not long to wait.....

....for what is now the equivalent of a 3 song ep.:(

Senser - Age Of Panic

Fucking cool - from about 1994. One of my fave albums from way back when.... Check it out. Pure energy.

i dont think anyone has the right to complain about the lack of 'new' songs we chose to download them, nobodies fault but ours.

I'm not complaining about no new songs. My complaint stems from my opinion that several of these tracks(Shackler's, IRS,etc.) are not album worthy, which would leave space open for new tracks.

Agreed, both of those songs are b-side quality really.

Also didnt think Catcher would be on it. Or maybe even Rhiad. This tracklist makes me think  that the whole 3-4 albums worth of material is a bit of bs.

Well, I think this could be proof that Song #2 is Prostitute. You know how it has that extended outro? That seems like an outro for an album, not just for a song.

Exactly what I thought....

So Street of Dreams? Must be the Blues yes. Should've kept with that title - Street of Dreams is pretty damn cheesy!!

Wait, Street of Dreams is the Blues? So we are getting 3 new songs?

Sorry, This I Love, and Scraped.

Just a guess, isnt 'Street of Dreams' in the lyrics of the Blues? Not sure, havn't listened to it for ages.

I still think the one PR Brown did for the "Very Best Of Guns N' Roses" is the real Chinese Democracy album cover.

Interesting theory.

We'll prob just get that shitty one with the bike

We have yet to see the real version of that. The bike cover that has floated around for years was fan made.

Thats just as well, it was pretty crap. Didnt Axl show it at some concert or something or am I just making that up? Weird how a band would start an album from the cover up 16.

VERY interesting. Looking forward to it as well. Will most likely be on her next album. Funny how she went from retirement and not caring about music to basically quickly getting a record ready for release next year and playing a huge role in Rye Rye's first album.

Sucks that she's pregnant. That means no touring for probably another year or two, if at all.

FUCK.

Its hard to retire from something you feel so passionately about I guess (unless your Axl of course 16) So its good to have her back doing something.

Paper Planes has really taken off (doh, sorry) here in the UK, its always on the radio to rave reviews, its a little different to the album version, not a lot, but having been used to the Kala version I think the new one just takes away from it a little. Good to have it finally getting recognised over here properly. At the end of the summer though of course. Well done record label....

I don't know why, but that album cover just screams The Cure to me.

14 I thought the same thing. First reminds me of something The Cure would do(not sure why as they don't have an album cover like that), and like you said the 2nd is like Justice.

First doesn't scream fake even though its a bit drab, and while the second COULD be fake, neither would surprise me as being legit.

If I was going to bet, I'd bet on the first one.

Funny you should say that: because the 'Spanish' are of 'informed' the view that, to from memory quote them, 'Axl's look in 2002 was meant as a tribute to Robert Smith, (of The Cure)'.

AR

Ive never seen Robert Smith looking like Ali G or Vanilla Ice or whatever Axl thought he looked like in 2002.

Theres so many fake covers out there, we just dont know what its going to be.... Even with a release date on the horizon its sad that we still have to go on speculation for pretty much everything to do with this album and band....

Damn, cant they just tell us something?!?!
